Papa Johns Pizza

Papa Johns wasn’t my first choice, but it was late at night and I was being lazy. I had an issue with the app, it told me there was a two hour wait and wanted to cancel, I called but got no answer, so decided to go in. I’m glad I went in because my pizzas were coming out of the oven. Not a fan of the app.

Papa John's helped us celebrate Halloween this year. Each year, we order pizza and invite friends over. We sit in outside and hand out candy. Papa John's is the only place we can find that will allow you to pre-order pizza on Halloween . Thanks Papa John's !! The pizza was great, hot and ready when promised. Service was fast, friendly & professional.

I had an incorrect order and Matt the store manager went above and beyond! Matt hand delivered my cheese sticks along with free drinks, voided out my order, and offered a credit! I honestly can not thank you enough!! This is by far the best location! Thank you for all that you do for your customers Matt I definitely does not go unnoticed :)

Only giving this 4 starts because of the AMAZING woman who was on the phone the night of my order. I ordered a large pizza for delivery. My order was cold and an hour late but the woman who picked up the phone when I called to inform them of what happened was so sweet. She gave me an immediate and GENUINE apology and resolved my issue within minutes. Although the pizza arrived cold, it still tasted good after a quick trip in the oven.

I have never ordered from Papa John's before, but will definitely be ordering from this one in the future! My family and I just moved into a new residency, and while we were checking the mail we noticed a BOGO coupon to get one large pizza at full price, and one free. The idea of pizza sounded much better than trying to wrangle all of the dishes out of the boxes, so we decided to go with it. The website was straightforward, convenient, and very easy to use! Plus, there is a variety of choices on the website for specific taste, which we did use and very much enjoyed. The delivery quote time was about 35 to 45 minutes, but I swear the pizza was made and delivered in 20! I'm so upset that I forgot the driver's name, because not only did he thank us for ordering from Papa John's, but he was also super nice and very patient because I forgot to get his tip. I always leave a tip online for the services, and one specifically for the driver. Our drinks came as we needed, and the pizzas were made to exact order, hot, in fresh! We will definitely be ordering from Papa John's in the near future!
