First time in and I will definitely be back. I tried the AZ Philly and it was delicious. Great little sandwich shop, I highly recommend them!
Was at the ostrich Fest and I tasted a sample of their Arizona Philly and I fell in love with the sandwich. So I bought one and it was still amazing. I hope you open up a shop in Chandler. I will help you get funded for it. �
Great little sandwich shop. I come here frequently since I work nearby and there aren't many other lunch places without needing to drive for more than 10 minutes. The sandwiches taste great, very fresh, high quality ingredients. The bread is really good as others have said. The workers are super friendly and nice. A couple of minor nitpicks are: 1. The drink fountain's sodas are never mixed right and taste a bit off, so if you get a drink, choose one of the many bottled beverages they offer instead, and 2. I'm not a fan of the tables; they seem to be really easy to get dirty and always feel grubby/gross. Oh, yeah, and I hate listening to the ads on the radio. It'd be cool if they played ad-free music and had more music variety.
This was one of, if not the best subs I've ever had. The Phoenix was absolutely delicious! This is now on my list for every visit to Phoenix.

Just found this place when driving. Was my first time there and ordered an AZ philly, it had such amazing flavor. The ranch, mushrooms and meat all came together in such a delicious way.
Fantastic sandwich.
Lots of options... Bread is soft and fresh. Lettuce and tomato are fresh.
Meat is plentiful and I often get the combo with chips and drink because those Maui Sweet Onion are pretty great.

Great Sandwiches for the price. Very tasty soups as well. Lots of seating if you wanna eat in. I recommend the Arizona Philly. They also sell Mexican coke, big plus.
I work down the street from shorty's and go a couple times a month. I have tried a lot of their sandwiches and they are fantastic. The bread is awesome, and so are the ingredients. Every time I go I get an amazing sandwich and experience wonderful customer service. Bonus points to them since they are open early as my company takes their lunch breaks at 9, almost impossible to find any other sandwich shops open that early.
Had a Sparky croissant. Tasty. But if you're a professional sandwich maker, why aren't the ingredients put on the croissant uniformly? The turkey was plopped in the middle. The bacon was on the edge, and the avocado was also on the edge. Are these ingredients leaving on the edge of life? Why are they not evenly distributed?
I have been here several times and every time sandwich has been fantastic! My favorite is #5 - Italian Bomber. I miss working close to here as a great place for a good sandwich at lunch time.
Hands down THEE BEST go-to lunch spot you could ever ask for… stop reading this review and go order yourself a shorty’s sandwich right now right NOW & bigggggg trust, you gotta do yourself a favor and experience eating their ooey gooey amazingly soft chocolate chip cookies (best in the business you heard it here first) at least once in your lifetime, on my momma you will not be disappointed! Incredible food, but even better people! Shoutout shortys!!
