Great place. Lots of options. The sorbet is gluten free and dairy free and so creamy. The staff is nice and has patience wirh trying flavors. Highly recommended!

Benisimo gelato! You can definitely taste the quality! They do offer free samples so you can try and see which one you like best. I tried salted caramel and it was heavenly! Like all other gelato places it's a bit pricey :-)

Best Gelato in Phoenix. We always make a point to come here after a date dinner or movie across the street. I love the coconut variations. Today was "Toasted coconut creme brulee" 🤤

Fantastic. What a pleasant treat after a long, hot day in AZ! The variety of treats made it difficult for me to decide on which scoops to devour. The staff's descriptive explanation of each flavor didn't help the process. I wanted them all!! Lol

3rd cake we order from Frost and the keep getting better and better! The flavor combos and the care is phenomenal! Impressed and way better than ice cream! Love the staff too

We came on a day when it was 108F, and this was the best dessert to beat the heat! Inside seating is limited but there are some shaded spots outdoors. The staff are very patient and allowed us to try a few flavours before we decided. I got strawberry, hazelnut and roasted almond in a cone and the strawberry was tart and refreshing :)

I would've never thought this gelato was low calorie and low fat. Nice flavors and fast friendly service. Lotus cookie flavor tasted just like Biscoff cookie. Yogurt flavor reminded my friend of the Vietnamese yogurt of her childhood. Straciatella and tiramisu were great classic flavors and done well.

The Italian Gelato and Sorbets are a feast for your eyes when you walk thru the door. The customer service here is fantastic they are patient when your trying to decide which ones to sample. This location is always very prestine. When you decide what flavor/flavors you want to devour you can enjoy the outdoor seating they provide.Will continue trying a new flavor each time I visit 😋

This shop has so many flavors to choose from and they are well decorated. Well priced for the size and amount that you get. I like that we could split flavors in one cup, the bigger two sizes at least. This shop is nestled in the Biltmore shopping plaza and is easy to miss until you know that it is there!! We’ll be coming back 😋

Love it here! I have a serious sweet tooth and they have so many flavors to satisfy me. Gelato AND sorbets. You can't go wrong here
Enjoyed it so much I took two pints home.
The staff is helpful and friendly and the keep the line moving fairly well.
