Immediately, I was greeted by everyone. What a pleasant welcome! I was then asked my preference for tea and was directed to the top choices. I bought Daily Detox and Bulletproof break solely on the customer service experience as I was intending to just look around. This is my way of doing business, I will be back!
Had no idea this place was here despite coming to this shopping plaza for years! So glad I decided to do a search for loose leaf tea shops. Highly recommend! Nice little shop with a great selection of teas and accessories. I was looking for a variety of decaf teas and was happy to see they label everything with caffeine info right on the front. Nice and helpful staff. I will be back!

Kind, genuine, knowledgable staff and quality products! I was so sad last year after finding out my favorite tea of 10+ years from another company was being discontinued. My boyfriend stumbled upon Loose Leaf Tea Market and the staff was able to replicate a similar but better version! It was the best birthday gift and best of all, they keep your custom blends on file so going back for a refill is a breeze. Thank you Loose Leaf!! :)

Inflammatory Relief is a Must for me. It blends so well with other teas. I Also love the Hawaiian Tropical and Jasmine Pearls for a Caffeine touch. There isn’t many I haven’t tried and Loved. You can get a little or a Lot. ;)

I discovered this gem of a shop on a recent trip to Phoenix, and am I glad my journey led me there! The selection of unique tea blends is truly amazing, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the shop itself is really lovely. Kita was blending some teas while I perused the inventory, and it was evident that she reveres both the process and the ingredients. She elevates tea blending to an art form, which was immediately evident in the three teas I purchased and the half dozen or so I just ordered. I’ll be a returning customer for life, Kita.
