I bought 2 each of the popular sausages. I liked the polish best. The ladies there were very kind and helpful. The owner chatted with me and was very knowledgeable. With God's blessings, I will be working with the owner to develop a tasty sausage for my restaurant as well as my friends restaurant. Looking forward to working on this!
I love that they make their own meats and sausages. Everything I had so far was excellent. And as a bonus, they also sell many German products, from cake mix, baking ingredients, pickles and pickled veggies, mustards and chocolate/candy. I love coming here!
The ladies were so nice and lovely. Very great quality, came home with lots of unique goodies. I'd love to come back to try more new things and found some items I would get every time I go!

This place is the real deal! My German father came here weekly for decades, and would not eat any other sausage. They are also a friendly and kind family business, love the free snack for the drive home that always ends up in your bag!😊
Absolutely spectacular trip back to "the Old Country" (provided that was Germany, obviously). Smells just like a smokehouse should, with a marvelous selection of sausage, bratwurst, head cheese, blütwurst, German candies and snacks, spaetzle, Bismarck Herring, etc. A wee bit busy on the afternoon of 12/22 (yes, the Thursday before Christmas). I'll order in advance and pick it up earlier next year. Despite the wait, it was worth every minute. BTW, they don't accept American Express (usually!).
This is a great company, with quality products. I order and have it shipped to Florida. They went out of their way, and split all my packages in half. Much appreciated! Now 🍻 and Bratz for dinner.
We love love love the bread and of course buy Landjäger, Bierschinken, Kalbsleberwurst and more 😄 Everyone in this family is so friendly that it's fun to shop there 👻
This is an amazing place! It is also the cleanest butcher shop I have ever been in. Treat yourself to the liverwurst (fine ground) and you will become addicted... just like me...
