The person in charge is a very nice guy. Handles your bike problem right away and reasonable price. I suggest calling ahead, as the hours are not whats stated on website.Says open to 7pm. Its Wed. 11/6 and he closed at 3pm. Got there at 3:02 place was dark. Thursday he closes@ 11am. Hours are crazy. Fridays til 5 I think. I am considering another repair shop that stay open past 11am in the morning...such a waste. Very clean and convenient and affordable if you can get in.

I used to like coming here, I got my bikes fixed many times. Unfortunately the guy who works there currently the one who smiles like The Joker is not very helpful. I went in a few weeks ago to get some pedals and he did everything he could to NOT help me, with that big creepy smile of his. I guess he doesn't like to work and make a sale. He said they will be closing soon as well. Go to Grey Matter Bikes down the street they are way better.

I don't doubt that the guys behind the counter are good mechanics, and good guys, but the customer service has a ways to go. The first time I ever brought a bike in, I asked them to adjust my front cantilever brake, and they said it would be $10. When I picked it up, I had been charged $20--they decided to adjust the back brake without asking (I imagine the adjustment was slightly off, but I like to be informed before I spend more money). The second time I came in, I ordered a 400mm x 26.0mm seatpost for my bike. They told me it would take a week to get it in, and I agreed because I live so close by. After a week and a half I dropped in to check if it had arrived, and the man behind the counter, without looking up the order, just said "We'll call you". After two and a half weeks, I came back in to check one more time, and another guy, Cory, told me that he was so glad I was there--their ordering system hadn't recorded my phone number for some reason, and so they hadn't been able to call me when it came in (which could've been prevented if the other guy had looked up my special order). He offered to install it on the spot and I agreed. After a several minutes of prying, twisting, and pushing, we realized at the same time that the seatpost was the wrong size--I had been ordered a 400x26.8mm, which was too big to fit in my 26.0mm seat tube. The only reason I didn't give a review of 1 or 2 stars was because this guy was very apologetic, and promised to order the right one in free of charge in two days, which they did. Cory was also in when the right one came in, he installed it, and he helped me adjust the saddle height several times until it felt good to ride on. I appreciate that he wanted to "make it right" and was very accommodating with me. One other thing: the coffee. The first time I ordered an iced latte, and it was delicious. The next (and last time) I ordered a drink, it was one of the worst cappuccinos I've ever had, so much so that I couldn't drink it. I'd rather just go get the free samples at Sprouts next door.

This place is TERRIBLE. One of the male managers was insulting one of the young female employees right in front of my boyfriend and I when we stopped in for burritos and coffee. Telling her she couldn't do anything right and always messed everything up and should be working at a pizza place and worse than that... I told the other manager and he basically just thought I was complaining over nothing. These guys are pieces of s***. And their bicycle prices aren't even good. Don't go.

I dropped by the bike shop this morning (Saturday) at 10:15am but the shop was closed. Thier business listing on Google Business has their hours for Saturday as 10am-5pm. I called the shop from the parking lot just to make sure and there was no answer. The voicemail says that the Saturday hours are 8am-5pm. The shop may be out of business? Call before you drive over for sure.
