Great service! Very short wait in spite of peak hours- I got the Classic Benedict and my husband made an omelette. Wishing I had been bolder and gotten the red velvet waffles!
Love the vibe in this location and staff is friendly. Got the Red Velvet Waffle and upon picking it up, I could smell how wonderful it would taste. The waffle was a good size and fluffy.
One note, you've got to park in the parking garage, but good news is that it's literally next to the store.
Been wanting to try this place since it was N Counter and was disappointed when it became Daily Jam, but found out it was just a name change. Tried the award winning Red Velvet Waffles and they were delicious. My order was served quickly and served with the sights and sounds of Downtown Phoenix. Hoping to sit on the patio when the weather feels like fall.
New breakfast/lunch spot right off the 1ave lightrail station. Brand new building so super fresh and clean. Friendly (N)counter staff and manager. Food was really tasty. I enjoyed the Ncounter omelette, ladyfriend the Farmer's Benedict, and kiddo the French Toast (they even substituted gluten free bread for her allergy). Those little accomedations go a long way. Thank you. Enjoyed a "cooler" downtown Phoenix day on the patio (misters and unbrellas) and overall had a great experience. Bar available for beer, mimosas, cocktails and coffee.
I decided a bit of breakfast was in order one day, and decided rather than some questionable fast food breakfast, I'd hit up a brunch spot.. I had heard of Daily Jam in Tempe, but found out there was this location right by Central & Roosevelt light rail station. The Red Velvet Waffles were surprisingly filling and quite decadent - I barely used any of the syrup, since the icing alone kicked up the taste.. Next time, I may just have to get a side of Frozé..
What a cute little place off Roosevelt! The waffles were crispy and delicious, the classic benedict was pretty good but the egg was just a little overcooked to my liking - side potatoes were awesome. A good sized menu and we didn't have too much trouble grabbing a seat on a Saturday although they were definitely busy. Small amount of parking in a garage right next door that is free with validation.
Red velvet waffles were fun to try. Atmosphere was really peaceful on a weekday morning - nice light and open. You order and pay at the counter and they bring your food to your table. Free refills on coffee when you eat in.

We found this Great breakfast place, “Daily Jam.” I ordered the Hot Jo, I think that’s the name, Omelette with Chorizo. It was freshly made and very tasty. Clean sitting area, patio and bathrooms. 5 Star all the way!
My husband and I had a great little breakfast here today! Low key, casual. Great meal! Friendly, helpful staff. Knowledgeable.
