Look... I love the food but the pickup service needs to be reworked. Every time I go to pick up my order I have to battle through a sea of people at the front door, only to be directed to a tiny computer desk in the middle of the most high-traffic intersection in the restaurant where staff and customers are shoulder to shoulder as we bump into each other awkwardly...
Maybe just bring the food out to the car like other services? Or, have a designated pickup section inside that isn't located in the center of the restaurant.

I love this place. The BBQ RIBS are the BOMB! The rolls with the honey butter are great. We ate at the bar and Ally and Savanna danced and were very pleasant.

Good experience! It was a good place to have a steak. I changed it a bit and had pork shops they were good, but I will go back to my steak. The blooming onion will never disappoint you. Atmosphere they have a cute dance, but the energy and their face seem like they are not enjoying it.

Young server spoke very low, could hardly hear her. Very skimpy on the extra mushrooms and onions, corn and mashed potatoes had no flavor, brown gravy was SO PEPPERed I couldn't even eat it. Server treated me like I was too old to figure out how to use the self pay at the table, prolly cause she made us wait 10 min for the check. Highly doubt if I would eat there again.

For a Brit, this had a classic American steakhouse vibe.
It was surprisingly busy for Tuesday, but they managed to get us seated and the service was really friendly and welcoming.
The food to was really good, with lovely cuts of beef. All-in-all, I really enjoyed my dinner here.

Best Texas roadhouse I've been in. Always really busy with a great atmosphere. Q the music and the staff all go into line dancing mode. Great food,steaks are fantastic. A good night out for all the family.

I've been coming here for three years and the food is always great. Today my server was Sheila and she was amazing. Very attentive and sweet. Loved having her as a server as she made us feel very welcome. :)

It was all around fulfilling. I went to Texas roadhouse on a date and had a great time. The waitresses that waited on us and the surounding parties servers were all great with there awesome attitudes along with there entertaining line dancing I enjoyed my time there from the moment we were seated until we left. I do suggest that you go online to put your name on the waiting list to avoid standing in a crowded waiting area. We both loved the food and the margaritas are expensive but very tasty. Absolutely loved the experience.

Despite being ery crowded, we got seated pretty quickly. Our server was great. Her service was great as well. We got to watch the birthday line dance celebration. Food was excellent. Rolls and cinnamon butter are delicious. We will return.
