This place was fast efficient. The food was perfect. Parking is an issue. The lot is small and you have to pay to park on the street. If employees park in the lot. Perhaps they could try to work out a deal with the state to let them park on the street during shifts with a parking meter code. That would help some and give more opportunities for tips to the workers by having more customers. Just a thought.

I hadn’t been to an IHOP in years and was happily surprised with the comprehensive menu, the clean restaurant and the super attentive and courteous staff.
Got there just after 10am on a Sunday and there was no wait; by 11am there was a wait.

Came in early morning 🌄 on a Sunday right after a rush on a "bad night" all I needed was some coffee. The staff was Uber friendly even though they where still cleaning up after rush. You could tell they where tired and up all night but they still where polite, friendly, and professional. They checked on me several times in between scrubbing the microwave and getting ready for Sunday morning breakfast for the masses. Can't thank you guys enough for being there 24/7.

Service was great!! Very nice brought the food out hot! I ordered the new biscuit chicken sandwich with hashbrowns, pickles and gravy... that just wasn't the thing for me. My plate looked like a toddler had been eating, I just couldn't do all those different flavors they didn't compliment each other and the biscuit was so dry. The chicken was good though.

I was hungry, but needed to do some work on the laptop. I had a delicious , healthy breakfast, nice hot coffee and got some work done. It was perfect!
