Artist at work are the words to describe the folks here behind the counter today I didn't just have lunch, I had an experience 🥸 miraculous work assembling my burrito. 10/10 would recommend.

Chipotle is ALWAYS A GOOD CALL. Man, I wish they had this in Hawaii, but then it might not taste as good nor be priced the way mainland is. I could never finish a burrito so I eat it as two meals, which makes it worth it for the price. Thanks for a speedy service and amazing ginormic servings!

When we went there they were really busy. I never once saw the staff get frustrated or miss a step. Considering how busy it was, they got everybody through in a very timely manner. The staff took care of us and got our order perfect. That chipotle is really surprised me considering the circumstances. I don't see that very often in a lot of places.

I'm a Chipotle addict, but there are differences between the different franchises. Some seem to consciously keep servings just as small as possible...
This store at 16th Street and Camelback doesn't. The servers work with you generously, and are unfailingly cheerful.
We drive farther to get better, right here!

Is it that difficult for the employees to say "Hi! Welcome in! I'll be right with you" instead of ignoring the customer for 5 minutes.
Also, if the employee is wearing a mask, please speak loudly enough that the customer can hear you. I have tinnitus and if someone is speaking so softly, then I can't hear you above the ringing in my ears.
Basically the food was good but the customer service is lacking.

Great food with great service! The experience was friendly and simple. Chipotle makes you food as you order, so you know exactly what is going on your entree. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants a great meal at a decent price.
