I've been eating Capriotti's since I lived in Delaware over 15 years ago. They have the best cheese steak that you can get outside of Philly!! The bread is fresh baked and is the best! I just wish they had a store on the north west side (hint, hint)!

Delicious. Fast. Great price. This has been a wonderful discovery in Phoenix. I tried the Bobbie (Thanksgiving Sandwich) and a Cheesesteak...both AWESOME! You will be sorry if you miss this. Enjoy!

Arguably one of the best sandwich shops in all of Phoenix. Capriotti's gets the job done. They make their turkey fresh in house, and the sandwiches benefit from that work. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and this place has a lot of options for someone looks for variety. They have a thanksgiving style sandwich called "The Bobbie" that has turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce on it. It's amazing.

I absolutely LOVE The Bobbie! It is Thanksgiving dinner in a sandwich! Now I don't have to wait for November anymore to make a sandwich out of the leftovers. Definitely an all time favorite! The staff is friendly and the place is clean. What else could you ask for?

Just picked up a few Bobbie sandwiches from here the other day. They made them very quickly and even though they told me it would take 15 minutes I showed up at the door 6 minutes after making the call and they were good to go. Very delicious. There did not seem to be a very busy lunch crowd but local law enforcement seem to like the place.

I absolutely love capriottis. I order from them 3-4 a week. Lately it's been going downhill for the 16th St location. Was in there a few weeks ago and witnessed two employees almost get into a physical altercation in front of several customers. Today I ordered a sandwich for delivery. I was told 20-30 min for delivery. Over an hour later I call and was told that I'm not the only one waiting for my food. Employee was extremely rude and actually laughed when I told her I wanted to cancel my order. I still give 5 stars only due to the fact that they do make the best sandwich in the world. If I was rating on customer service it would not be 5 star. I hope to order again in the future but I believe I'll be finding another sandwich shop to patronize. Update : 11/30/16 Customer service is back to normal. Best sandwich in the world hands down. Thank you

Pretty delicious and the sandwiches are quite large. Capistrami is really good. .you friend told me about it and I thought it didn't sound to good.... coleslaw with pastrami.... but I tried it and it was quite tasty. I haven't been here in a while because I have been on a strict diet for the last year or so, but the food great.

This is the Capriotti's I end up at most frequently. They're always polite and on point. I only get to eat Capriotti's maybe 3 times a year so I really appreciate it every time. This past Saturday I barely made it in at 10 minutes before closing. They were still on point and polite. And had me out the door 4 minutes before closing. I'm sure they didn't love having a last minute customer but they didn't let it show and the sandwiches were perfect.

Nice clean place, employees were very nice and had plenty of patience as I had never been there and unfamiliar with the menu. Sandwichs we ordered were very good, bread was fresh, more meat and ingredients than most places and a good variety of regular and vegetarian selections. We will be back.

We went to the Capriotti's on 16th & Bethany Home Rd. Was a very nice night out so we ate outside. We had a Bobbi, Tuna & Cheesesteak. All were very good. Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely be back and soon. I love me some Cheesesteak!
