Cute place with a cowboy theme. The food fell into the "cowboy vibe" We were a group of 12 on a Saturday night and although the restaurant was not busy I thought our waitress "Tumbelweed" was not the most attentive
This place was delicious! I got the smokehouse burger my brisket was tender and amazing. They have the best fried pickles I've ever had and our server Wen was awesome! We had a big party too and she was busy inside while we sat outside yet my tea never ran out. They have this jalapeno BBQ that knocked my socks off.

Great place to go for guests at the Hilton. Would not necessarily reccomend for outside diners. Good menu, solid food. Really cool s'mores at your table for desert. Definitely a plus
One of the restaurants that is located on premise of the Hilton at The Peak is Hole in the Wall BBQ.
Small seating area inside but it was perfect for our little group.
Some of us ordered the brisket platter while others got the brisket sandwich. We all did not finish our meal!
Brisket was smoked perfectly. Nice Smokey flavor, tender and the bbq sauce made it awesome.
Cole slaw was great as well as the cucumber salad. Chips are not homemade so expect bagged chips but they are decent. Side salads were big and fresh.
Small dessert menu but we were too stuffed to order anything.

Came in for lunch with a coworker and found this hidden place. The food was good and the outdoor seating on the patio was beautiful. It's a little hidden gem for sure! Keep in mind that the main BBQ food is during dinner although lunch does have a good selection of food. The staff was super friendly and attentive and we will definitely be back for sure!

The restaurant has a unique decor that is dated back and kept in great condition.
Had my meals on the terrace, it was quiet since I visited a Monday.
We were greeted soon enough after we arrived without a reservation and were seated promptly by a funny and friendly hostess. Our server was David and he is an absolute hilarious treasure. His recommendations were spot on and the food was great. I've never had so much fun or laughed so hard just trying to order dinner in my life.
The salmon, brisket, black bean burger, and regular burger were all done up right, and with the sides, too much for each of us to finish.
We were fortunate enough to be staying at the resort, but if I'm ever back down here in the area or were to stay elsewhere, I'd make the trip back here for the food and the fun. Keep the recipes, and retain David at all costs.
Came in around 12:30 to get ribs but they don’t serve ribs until 5 pm …. Even on Sunday ☹️

We ate on the patio, near the pool with great views. Our server, David was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly. Prices are what you'd expect from the "upscale" barbecue place in a Hilton resort. Expect to pay $20+/person. I had the Prime Rib Dip. It was good but tasted more like roast beef. My side of Mac and cheese was bland and boring. This place is certainly worth a visit if you're staying at the resort, but there is cheaper/better barbecue nearby.
We visited this venue in 2005 and it was packed and had the best steak I had ever eaten.
In 2023 it isn't the same. Service and staff are great. The people serving are lovely and friendly. 5 star for service but 3 star for food - standard fare of burgers now. Very pricey for what it is. Drinks are Vegas prices!!! 85% of tables were empty and not surprised.
This location should be packed - a great indoor and outdoor setting and great staff.. Better pricing, food and promotion required!
I have given it a 4 for the staff otherwise it would have been a 3.
During my recent stay this was the only restaurant open however smelling the BBQ being smoked was enough to get me to come in at least once a day during my stay. Get the eggs Benedict for breakfast with a side of pulled pork oroad it on some nachos. The servers and bartenders were great! Ali, Bryan and Jason.
Really enjoyed this place during our stay! Ate there 3 times in 2 days. Had brisket nachos, pancakes, brisket Benedict! All delicious! Service was great. Live music Friday night was cool. Definitely recommend
Stayed at the Hilton for the weekend for a quick getaway & ate breakfast here, I thought we were going to have to wait a long time, becuase it was packed, and our food was ready right away!! So very fresh & delicious!! And our waitress Grace, was AMAZING to us!! I fell in love with her and even shared a hug with her when we left!!!
