Amazing little gem in downtown Phoenix just a hop, skip, and a jump from Chase Field and Talking Stick Resort Arena. Austin served us up the most amazing meal, bloody Mary, and hooked us up with his favorite flavor donut so we could try it since it was our first time. He was cool, calm, and collected although there was a line out the door and he went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our meal. Only gave it 4 stars because the one table that was available was dirty and they ran out of 2 of the 3 things we wanted (wings & pork belly for the ramen). Otherwise, it was well worth the drive from Mesa, we will definitely be back. Can't wait to enjoy the patio in the cooler months!
What an amazing little restaurant in the middle of the Phoenix airport neighborhood. Thank god we saw this place before we drove out of town because our lives would have been less than perfect. Now that I tried their chicken sandwich with the Korean chili sauce, I can honestly say I am good. Really good. Thank you to the staff who took care of us! Bless you.
Arrived close to their closing time which meant they were out of chicken, which was a bummer for us. But the guy gave us free donuts in return which was so nice. It was a yummy donut and I definitely want to come back and try the chicken.
Legit some of the best friend chicken ever! The meat is moist without being wet and the crunch is amazing. The donuts are delicious also, the unique flavors are fun without being kitschy. Make sure you get here early though, once the days sick is sold it's gone!

For a small joint with a limited menu, they slay the recipe! Fried chicken is perfect, fried cauliflower was my favorite. Donuts are delicious and the staff was so nice and attentive. Another Welcome restaurant that upholds their excellent reputation.
Great service and friendly. Ordered the 3 piece meal which comes with a fried chicken leg, thigh & breast plus a donut and a side. Chicken was great temp and great crunch and Nicely seasoned. Side cucumber salad was good and the donut being semi sweet was a great balance to the salty chicken and salad. I would come back, only draw back is the meal being over $15 for a meal.
Oh yes, definitely coming back to this place next time we are in AZ! My wife, who doesn’t usually like fried chicken, really liked the chicken here. A good, interesting variety of donuts as well! Support your local business Phoenix people!
I love this place. But it’s so heavy i can only eat it maybe once a month. I love the classic fried chicken and the regular donut that comes with it. I can’t do any of the other fancy donuts on top of fried chicken I think I’d have a heart attack.
My husband works down a few exits so i always get so excited when he brings this home after work. Having it for breakfast may seem odd but it is totally worth it and just delicious. The different sauces they have are very unique you will not find any other place that’s got the innovative sauces and the type of batter they use. Go give them a try you won’t regret it.
This chicken is so light and delicious that I wanted so much more. The sides complimented the chicken and the dips. Oh and don't get me started on the donuts. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and the great time. Being from Montana this was a treat.

While this is not my first visit, and I always have amazing food, this last time was exceptional. I had the mixed berry filled donut which was covered in powdered sugar. What I love is how natural the ingredients taste, and not some artificial flavors like most jelly filled donuts.
If that wasn't enough, the fried chicken breast with Korean Chili Sauce and my side of fresh cucumber salad helped make it an awesome balanced meal of sweet and salty, and some crunch for texture.
If that was all enough, I brought home a couple more donuts. If you like apple fritters, the Vegan Apple Fritter I had this past weekend was second to none, Vegan or not. At all. Fluffy, tons of strong but not overwhelming Apple pieces and filling and an generous serving that I didn't mind sharing with my wife (well kind of).
Can't wait to go back and try the different sauces, more donuts I can't get anywhere else and another Apple Fritter without a doubt.
