It has been too many years since the last time I ate at Carolina’s. Their food is just so good. I would say it is quintessential authentic Mexican food. Tonight we shared the mini chimichangas, a cheese quesadilla and chips and salsa. We got a kids meals for the girls. Service was good, it is an order here and pick up there service, pretty straight forward. Casual dining spot with good music in the background.

I rarely get to this location but have been to the Mohave location at least a couple hundred times. It's old school and it's just good food.
Everyone knows about their tortillas, they are awesome.
The combo plates are great but I typically just order a couple of burritos. The bean and potato is a classic, the three way is Heavenly. Other favorites are a green mix, the tacos and the enchiladas.
I always put a ton of their hot sauce on the burritos and tacos. It's just so good.
Just go. You'll enjoy the food.
I came in for Tamales and ordered a Quesadilla with chicken & cheese I got it with cheese only not what I asked for but was still the best I have ever had. Amazing tortillas hand made I watched them make em Fresh like amazing pizza dough. I am coming back even though they got my order wrong it was still amazing🤯 the Tamales are the best in the State fr❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Best authentic Mexican restaurant 😋you will be so happy you came here. They have great burritos, tacos and much more.. fast friendly staff. if your looking for amazing tortillas to take home as well this is the place. You will be pleased 😀
The food is consistently good and the staff are friendly and efficient. They are setup to handle high volumes of traffic because they are just that good, so if you come in and there's a long line, stick around, it moves fast and it's worth the wait.
I've been going to the mojave place since it opened, and this location since it opened. The food is always freshly made and delicious. And there is nothing like the smell of FRESH tortillas! I almost always get the red or green chili burritos and some chips. We just get a bag of chips and take any extra home. My wife gets the machaca burrito or the machaca salad bowl. They get really busy, so there might be more of a wait. But, nothing terrible. It's not fancy. No pinatas or such on the walls, but we go for the great food, not pinatas 🌮
By no means is this a complaint or diss to the restaurant, but, man, I love me some messy Mexican food! First official time going here, and man, it was SOOOOOO good. I absolutely loved the green sauce, really really good! I can't wait to try more of their menu!

The red Chile and green burritos are so damn good you have to finish it up with a SPOON! 😆. The gravy just pours out, once you take a bite. No joke. Messy but oh so delicious. The tortillas are made fresh every day and the salsas. The service was quick and easy. No fuss. No real waiting. Inside, very clean and neat. Carolinas has 4 restaurants in the valley. They have been a long time secret hidden away for 45 years. There reputation as authentic and delicious food is so underrated.
Very excellent food. I absolutely love this place and go there every chance I get. Not a fancy place. Basic tables and chairs. Order it the counter. But the food is really very good. The tortillas with butter are awesome
I’ve had everyone of their burritos, and to be honest there wasn’t one I didn’t like. My top three are green chili, chicken, and machaca. I love their homemade tortillas. This place is fantastic!
