When we don't feel like hitting up one of the many hip restaurants of Phoenix and would rather sit at a traditional breakfast spot, we head to Ranch House Grille. The simple atmosphere and menu make us feel right at home. This plate of biscuits comes with two large biscuits topped with brown gravy, two sausage patties, and two eggs any style with a side of potatoes..
Food is feeling. There is plenty. Green chile has great spice and flavor. Chicken fried steak is good. However i have had bigger steak other places. Gravy is warming to heart. Hashbrowns when ordered need ti be extra crispy.. great place to try.

The place itself is very cozy and comfortable, nice atmosphere and vibe, everyone that works there is lovely and super friendly, happy and you can tell they love their job. The portions are large and taste amazing, lots of flavor and decent prices. The tea is fresh brewed and delicious too. Another thing is that I was surprised is when you get toast, you actually get 2 full slices of bread cut in half, EVERYWHERE else gives you 1 slice, cut in half😧 it is absolutely absurd, especially when you pay full price. I highly recommend the Green Chile Pork smothered Chicken fried steak, super scrumptious.

So so good! Large portions, great service and delicious! Definitely go here for breakfast! Tina’s spicy tortilla was amazing and way too much for me to eat. The lighter breakfast was a very generous portion and my daughter loved the gluten free bread. Sometimes gluten free is hit or miss…but this was good.

This place is amazing!! Wish we were staying in Phoenix to be able to come and try out all menu options. Our server was top notch, had great recommendations. Food portions are massive if you leave hungry it's your own fault. Def will be coming back anytime I'm in the area!

Amazing food and fantastic service! My wife loves a good chicken fried steak breakfast and the last few have been ok but underwhelming. I searched on line for best chicken fried steak in Arizona and Ranch House Grille came up with good reviews. We live in Gilbert so it’s not close to us at all but we take weekend morning rides on our Can-Am so we were up for a little ride. I had seen on line that they have regular chicken fried steak but also a southern style version with pork chili verde on it. Now that did not sound good to me but I figured she would like the regular. Are server was just as friendly and knowledgeable as could be. The first thing he told us was he was going to bring us a sample of the pork chili verde. My wife does love spicy Mexican food so we were happy to try it. She gave me a taste and I could not believe how good it was. My wife ordered her chicken fried steak southern style and it was so amazingly good. The flavors are so good together and everything was cooked to perfection and just yummy. Our server brought us a sample of their home made salsa and we will take a freeze bag next time to bring some home. I can’t recommend them enough and we will be going back again soon.

What a wonderful discovery. This is probably the best breakfast place in the Valley and my second favorite in the State. The southwest chicken fried steak is absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back.
