Came here with my husband for lunch on a Sunday and was quite impressed with the whole experience! Ordered the 3 cheese enchilada combo plate with rice and beans for 11.99 and those were some of the best enchiladas I've had (husband tried them and agreed!) They are spicy if if you're sensitive to that like me. Husband ordered the chorizo and egg breakfast combo with rice and beans, came with a tortilla) and said it was pretty good but not the best he's ever had. For 12.99 it was definitely worth it and was very authentic. Rice and beans we both loved! Also tried the plain fry bread with cinnamon, powdered sugar, and honey. It was ok. It hardened up pretty fast so it wasn't soft after it was served several minutes later, but I would definitely come back and get the frybread taco! Place is small, outside seating, and very nice and super quick service! Highly recommend!

I had been craving fry bread and my go to is frybread house but Maria's definitely gives them a run for their money. I happened to be out on 40th st for a doctors appt and this popped up on my Google search for food. Let me 1st say the green chili 10/10. It wasn't over spicy , the fry bread wasn't too thick or too thin. It was fluffy and had an amazing crunch with a soft fluffy inside. The service was great. The young lady was nice but quiet. The gentleman who took my order was very welcoming and had a very infectious smile. Maybe thats why the food taste amazing. When its made with love. Living all the way in tolleson I will definitely be back to Maria's again. You know I had to get a sweet one to go.

Upon my second visit. I ordered the open Fry bread with red chile, mom ordered the same but with green chile. We both left with full stomachs and smiles. The staff is very pleasant, professional and accommodating based on the cuisine selections. They are able to accommodate medium sized parties which I noticed on my first visit. I recommend the open Fry bread with either a jamacia or horchata. A must for anyone looking for a great lunch or dinner. They also have breakfast options as well. Vibe is relaxed with nice music playing. Great place to take a date.

You have to try this place! Everything was amazing and so reasonably price. The staff was super friendly and outgoing too! We got one fry bread with chicken and one with just beans. Add cilantro and onion- a must! There homemade salsas we’re all amazing, and to top it all off the hibiscus lemonade was so refreshing. For dessert we got the plain sopapilla and they brought it out after we finished our meals so it was still hot! Amazing, topped with lots of honey powdered sugar and cinnamon sugar. It’s a hole in the wall local joint, and quite a gem if you ask me! LOVED!

Took a pic of what was left of my food, it was that good! (No time for pics) . Some of the best fry bread I have ever had. I ordered the red chili beef fry bread. Service was also amazing, food came very quickly (maybe waited 5min). Highly recommend 👍

I had the Fry Bread Taco and really liked it! Very fresh. This is a great little shop with great service- and very friendly. You kind of feel like you're eating at some sweet grandma's house that spent all day cooking for you. It's out of our way, but the drive for the fry bread is with it!

We like fry bread and always pass this place on our way to Costco. We finally made the stop and where pleasantly surprised. While it has a few tables inside it is more of a takeout place. I will say this is more a hole in the wall, which was really good. We got 2 open face fry bread, one with red chili and one with green chili. The fry bread was very fresh, light and crispy and enjoyed the flavors of the 2 chili sauces. We will be going back for fry bread.. will ask next time for a half red+green.

This is my second review. 04/24/23. My fry bread taco was excellent. The sauce of the green chile is flavorful. Not, as spicy as I hoped. But the taco sauce given in small cups by them adds enough spiciness. Yes!! Plenty of cheese and tomatoes to please the eye for contrast. The fry bread loses a bit of the crispy crunch from the edges of the bread. It's bcuz of the moisture from being packaged for take-out. That's why I like to dine in. Yet, it was so good, and I got full. 💪🏽The Fry Bread House on 7th Ave left me hungry with their version of a fry bread taco. I drove from the Westside just for Maria's Fry Bread taco. 😋 First photo is from dining in. The last two photos are take-out. The cheese will melt. 😋
