Loved the ambiance. My husband and I sat in the outdoor area by a fire pit. It had a chill vibe. The Caprese was delicious and I appreciated the server giving me a recommendation for my cocktail.

I stopped in on a Friday night because the place looked interesting and inviting with the open/al fresco dining and its unique signage stating “Eat/Drink/Shop”. I grabbed a bowl of the tomato soup which had a nice kick to it. Overall, it was a really good experience. I plan on coming back with my wife sometime soon!

First time at this place and I'm already planning another trip back. Lunch menu was good, loved the aesthetics and good service. Good wine selection and other items for purchase.

As my friend and I cruised along, we couldn't help but notice this intriguing place. It exuded a cool vibe, with its open atmosphere and a moderate crowd for a Saturday night. The entire "wall" was made up of wide-open windows, inviting us in with open arms. We couldn't resist the temptation and decided to indulge in a delightful dinner here. Entering through the hotel, we were immediately captivated by its hip ambiance, adorned with captivating artwork from local talents. We strolled past a cozy lounge area that seemed to beckon us to sink into its comfort, before finally reaching the restaurant. To our delight, we were promptly seated by the attentive and competent staff, who were incredibly friendly. However, my excitement waned when my meal arrived. I had ordered a steak fillet worth a hefty $50, expecting a culinary masterpiece. Sadly, it fell far short of my expectations. I had anticipated a steak comparable to the ones I usually get at AJ's, perhaps at a more reasonable price. But alas, it was a letdown. The steak was excessively fatty, and the very first bite forced me to spit it out due to its tough and chewy texture. Being a steak connoisseur, this was a major disappointment. Initially, I blamed the dull knife for my struggles, but as I persevered through a few more bites, it became evident that the steak itself was the culprit. Despite being cooked to a perfect medium, my taste buds were left unsatisfied. Nevertheless, I'm willing to give this place another chance. Next time, I'll explore a different dish on the menu, perhaps the grilled Caesar with chicken salad, we split one as an appetizer and it was honestly the best Caesar I’ve ever tasted!

Match Market & Bar was a great experience! Came here last second since the bars around the area were too full and we have no regrets! My favorite part of the experience was our waiter Thor, he was uplifting and very helpful when choosing food and drinks, we will definitely be back!

I don't believe in giving out five-star reviews by default, because it doesn't allow for higher ratings for places that are truly exceptional, like Match. I've only been there once, but it was fantastic. I loved the area: like a cool, weird gift shop mixed with a coffee shop mixed with a bar mixed with a restaurant, and around the corner is the art-filled lobby of a great little boutique hotel. The drinks my wife and I got were really incredible, and the food was amazing as well. My only regret was not knowing about the place years ago.

I heard about this place and was intrigued by the various dishes they served for their brunch/breakfast, so I went with friends. When we arrived it was fairly late at the end of their brunch hour but we made it. As a result, they weren't making certain food and were out of certain ingredients, but that's something I can't fault them for. My friends and I ordered drinks (I got a chai latte that was pretty weak but still nice to sip) and waited for our food. The location has a lot of various things to buy for foodies and little gifts for others, which was nice to browse as we waited for food. The bar was nearby and looked very swanky, along with the bathrooms (that are not very accessible, sadly, they were a bit hard for me to navigate). Anyway! The food! I had the breakfast bowl, which was very tasty and hefty with nice chorizo and potatoes cooked to a crispy softness. It was indulgent and incredibly filling. My friend had the avocado toast, which was very elevated looking and tasting! A great place to go to splurge for brunch/breakfast, I would like to go again when they have matcha powder in stock.

We stayed at the hotel here and had drinks at the end of the night here both nights. The bartenders were helpful with describing the drinks and helping my girl select something she would enjoy, and I liked what I picked out as well. The Sweet Potato Old Fashioned sounds like it wouldn't work, but it was quite good. A bit of a whiskey start with a sweet finish from the black walnut liqueur. The Tennessee Buck was also a pretty good balance of sweet and bitter, as the strawberry and honey mixed well with the ginger beer. Give this place a try if you're looking for some cocktails nearby here.

Restaurant week was the 1st visit here. Their Kentucky sweet was a nice whiskey & Bryson made my sweet potato old fashion. It's a unique drink I'll order again.

Match Market & bar is a nice place to work and hangout for people in the area. I really enjoy their Cubano sandwich! The pulled pork was well seasoned and the cheese was very gooey. Plus the milk bread bun was super delicious and buttery.
