The staff is fantastically kind and helpful. I was worried they might be a little bit annoyed with me because I wasn't buying anything and I was wandering around inside the store while waiting and they were super chill. Then they help me when I needed info about my stolen credit card
The inside of the store is completely clean and well stocked
The only reason it is down a star is while everybody outside is very kind and compassionate, it is dirty and has a lot of garbage and unfortunate smells
So the people working there and visiting, 5 out of five stars. The inside of the store, 5 out of 5 stars. The cleanliness of the outside, three out of 5 stars. While it is cluttered, nothing was dangerous
Ida, Jerry and Shania consistently deliver exceptional service, cheerfully, under very challenging conditions. They are warm, welcoming and professional towards everyone. I work across the street at a level one trauma center hospital. This is a very tough neighborhood. Yet this team provides an oasis, with great coffee, for all of us working the night shift.
This store has always given great customer service.
There are a lot of homeless people in the area, however, this is pretty much everywhere nowadays.
These guys, and gals, that work here and own this place are a great lot of people! Their prices are comparable for the area (gas, goods and food!!), they always provide service with a SMILE (despite dealing with some really disgusting and mean people in the area), and have fun with their regulars! I even did the Paqui one chip challenge in the store! ogalyssac on the clock app.
Has had a bad reputation & stragglers outside before running schemes (men & women). Was pretty bad. But it seems to have gotten better. At least the few times I've been there (comment posted 11/15/2020). I've always had good experience with the employees inside, no problems.

They almost always have whatever I want, their prices are great, and the customer service is amazing. It has a very welcoming environment and wonderful staff. I definitely recommend this gas station.
My experience at the of 27 ave and 101 was fantastic. The store had? every thing a person could need. Large selection. The employees are courteous and helpful
Considering they have alot of homeless people hanging around they are very clean inside and out. Great customer service, easy yo dispense gas, and their fast food vis fresh AND they have SLURPEES!!
Cashier made my visit great. Asked if I needed anything else like ice or gum. Went the extra mile.
