Chipotle Mexican Grill

WORST EVER Chipotle experience‼️‼️Placed an order online for a 645pm pickup and waited an hour along with a few others that ordered as well‼️‼️ Was ignored for the most part while the store associates continued to serve the walk in patrons‼️‼️ Store manager, if you can call him that, did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING‼️‼️Was told I could get a refund if I didn’t like my experience and he was TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL‼️‼️ The guy working the cash register was as clueless as they come and was totally UNORGANIZED and never asked for help and just let the situation escalate‼️‼️ One young lady that worked on the food line did come down and offer her help to make our food and she used to be commended but I did not get her name‼️‼️

Help!!!!!!! This place needs massive help, all the way from crew, management to cleanliness, Story: walked in with a paid for two meal deal we got from work. the person working the line completely ignore us for as long as he could, only Male working this shift very strong unwanted vibe ... he took our "coupon card" and didn't even look at it and said yes this is buy one get one free....anyways we didn't care about because we read the back of it clearly, we proceeded two order the 2 meals and everything that was included. My guy working the line went out of his way around to the front of the register where we were to scan the discount card to show us what we had to paid, and the total amount went to zero, all he said next was" you are good to go" this was a take out, our food with no lids at this point we didn't even bother asking for a bad to carry it, I almost felt as if they were taking this meal out his check. Anyways. On top of that see pictures....not the best chipotle perhaps might be the worse and I love chipotle just keep the "hood " out of it. 😉😉

I order chipotle delivery Postmates on 1-8-21. I went to eat my chipotle bowl on today 1-9-21 it had mold on the tomatoes and in my bowl! I called no one answered the phone!!!! I called today on 1-9-21. 2:20 I'm not happy at all! Postmates delivers from Philadelphia and I live in NJ They did chipotle in NJ!!!!
