I came here Saturday at 10:15am for breakfast with my kids. The staff was super friendly. They are a lot better than the other burger kings that I have been to. The guy working the counter was awesome and the girl who handed my drinks was awesome as well. Service and food was exellent, they even check up on us to see how we were enjoying our food. Give this staff a raise.

We waited about 10 minutes before we even got to the menu to order (I would have left but someone was behind me). I was greeted by a friendly guy who apologized for the wait. I started placing my order and after everything I asked for his said "is that all?" 2 items I was looking at on the menu board I was told they don't have, and then told they do have it.
Waited another 10-15 minutes to get to the window. When I got to the window I paid, and realized that my bill was really low for what I had ordered. I looked at my receipt, which was really hard to see (lack of ink, bad printer, who knows), and noticed that the only charged me for 1 of the 2 cheeseburgers I had asked for, and didn't ring up the side salad (I guess because they didn't have it, no wait, they did).
I brought it to the 1 girls attention and she wasn't understanding what I was saying. With patience and kindness I finally got across that I'd like to pay for the items that I had already ordered that I wasn't charged for. Mind you I hadn't been handed any food at this point.
She comes back to the window and asks me if the 2 items are all I'm waiting for and I informed her that I hadn't received any of my order yet.
One of the guys that was just standing there asked me if there was anyone behind me (there was a line behind me, with a truck waiting at the menu to order) the worker looked shocked and touched his headphones and apologized to the person for the wait.
I finally received my order, which I looked in the bags to see we had everything. So I pull away
We only got a 4 piece nuggets when I paid for and asked for a 10 piece. And my BLT Jr was only a chicken Jr, or maybe they just forgot the bacon? I'm really not sure.
All I know is we spent about 45 minutes in the drive thru of Burger King for mediocre food, at best. Everything was cold, they gave me a tomato stem on my chicken sandwich, which tasted like freezer burn or burnt plastic.
Waste of time, waste of money.
Please, for the sake of everyone who gets trapped in this drive thru, train your staff!! Do something. This building is beautiful and the food could be halfway decent if someone actually tried to care.

Nope, not going back here anytime soon. Food was cold, out of kids toys but didn't bother to mention that fact, fries taste like they are from yesterday, wilted lettuce, outdated soda machines with nearly no options, soda served in a coffee cup cause they ran out of soda cups too, and the lady taking my order clearly had somewhere better to be by her attitude. I'm the type of customer that greets and is kind, despite having waited 15 minutes in the store with only 2 people in front of me. The manager kind of seemed like he wants to be keeping it together, but probably his soul is dying trying to manage people that don't want to be there.

If you visit this location don't be in a rush. Every time I've visited this location I have had at least a 15-20 min wait. Whether 11AM, 20+, or 8PM you'll be waiting. However food is hot and fresh every time I've finally arrived at the window.

It’s like every time I come to this Burger King there’sa issue. Today probably took the cake for those issues. So the worker in the drive through said there’s no more burgers, just chicken and fish (remind you that it’s 12pm). So I said ok, I will have a chicken sandwich meal. The person said it will be a 15min wait. So I said ok, fine. I waited in that drive thru for 25 min just for another worker to come to my car to tell me to pull around front and someone will be bringing my food shortly. So now by this time I’m getting a little bothered. I also would have been left and just said forget it but I already paid. So after a total of 30min or more, a worker comes out with a bag and asks me did I get my drink. I said no, so she goes back in the store for another 8min then comes out. I then say can I please have my receipt. She says they can’t give out receipts today. I said excuse me? She said something wrong with the machine so no receipts. I said how am I supposed to know how much I paid? She says they should of told you at the drive through. I said I can’t get a receipt and on top of all that I was waiting 30 plus minutes for some fast food. She literally shrugged her shoulders and said welp I don’t know what to tell you. Smh by far the most rudest and lack of care ness for an employee to show a customer. I never do this whole review thing, but I just had to voice my opinion. That Burger King on Welsh Rd definitely needs better workers or better training.

Only giving two stars because the girl that served us was very sweet, and she made my milkshake like a pro, otherwise this would have been a one star review. However, we ordered a medium fry, large fry, and jalapeño poppers along with four sandwiches. The sandwiches were fine, but we were given medium fries and just FOUR jalapeño poppers that were just THROWN in the bottom of the bag (I ordered the 8 piece). We are really disappointed and will not be coming back to this Burger King. So sad.

They didn't have the help they needed. And the workers that were there were very slow. Waited 20 minutes for a takeout order. Nothing special and they didn't have diet soda. The fountain soda was out. So if that's the case change the tank. Won't be going there anytime soon
