I had the meatball foorito and it was absolutely incredible! The staff are all wonderful too I highly recommend!!!!
Awesome lunch! Mikes Special definitely didn’t disappoint.
I love this place I eat here all the time. I used to eat from their truck whenever I saw it in town. The owner is friendly and seems to be willing to make you whatever you want
I've come here more than I care to admit. I've never had a bad experience nor food! The place isn't fully wheelchair accessible, 1 step, but the Foo Crew was awesome enough to put a bell on the front door so that someone could help me in whenever I come.
This place is just great! Do visit! The chefs love what they do and the food is made from scratch and they have a damn good Taco Tuesday and brunch!
Great atmosphere to this place. I had the General Tso Pork Belly and it was absolutely incredible. It was a fantastic blend of flavours with a high brow idea that is served up with a comfort food plating. It was nice and cozy when I went there on a Sunday afternoon, but I really feel that this will soon be the place I'm fighting to find a table at.
Had the foo breakfast and everything was great. My only complaint was that the maple syrup was gooey, you should change brands. Bathroom is nice and clean. Place is clean and pleasant. Obviously some effort put in. Idea: Outside blank white wall looks empty and faces lots of traffic. Great potential for free advertising. Why not have an awesome food-related mural painted there?
Food is fresh and great tasting. Service is quality. The combination are not what you expect from typical diner fare. Not too salty, spicy, or rich. The dishes are well prepared and very balanced in terms of taste and portion. If you come hungry you'll likely leave filled and satisfied. This place does takeout, but not delivery. It may be a bit out of the way for some, but its worth a try for to refresh your meal pallette.
So happy we happened to try Foo Kitchen. Some of the best Asian / Latin Brunch Fusion I've ever had. Scallion pancake tacos and Korean beef quesadillas with Kimchee were awesome. Wanted to try everything on the well orchestrated small menu. Don't be frightened away by the funky neighborhood. The food was well worth the trip. Enjoyed walking the high line (Rail Park) afterwards.
Came in at the end of the brunch service after the last of the other diners have cleared out. They had run out of some dishes, but I had the coconut curry Eggs Benedict, which were delicious. The owner was extremely nice, even though I was keeping him from closing out. He is trying to bring asian food into the brunch world eschewing the obvious dim sum, which is an interesting task and seems to be working out well.
The breakfast tacos are made out of scallion pancakes and it's the best breakfast tacos I've ever had.
I have passed this place a few times and stopped in to give it a try. I'm glad I did bcause I don't think you will be able to get in once it hits, which it will. Awesome menu. Mix between standard breakfast items and asian fusion brunch items. I had the Korean breakfast with steak and it was amazing. Eggs, kimchi, rice krispies, delicious. And I got the homemade biscuit even though biscuits are usually a little dry for me. Nope, my new favorite biscuit. Red pepper jam was really good but I'm asking for butter next time because it's a crime to not get some butter on this biscuit but that's just me. And great coffee too! Cool space. Tables or bar seating. This guy had a food truck and he is definitely onto something with this new spot. Don't think you'll be disappointed...
If they had coconut curry eggs benedict in the time of Jesus, he would have skipped the crucifixion. Foods amazing, if the service was a little quicker with menus and drinks it would be a 5-star place. All the same, don't miss out.
