Chipotle Mexican Grill

Good chipotle spot. I get my food here before every shift at a restaurant nearby. Food is quality most days, but if you’re unlucky it’ll be mildly not as fresh. That’s a 3/10 chance. 7/10 chance it’ll be fresh. As far as portions they hook you up here, unless you get unlucky and someone makes your bowl/burrito with low enthusiasm… that’s happened quite a few times but I’m not complaining. Just a fact

This is a Chipotle, so don't expect anything extravagant. Your experience will we good, but not great. Your food will be consistent. This Chipotle is shaped like a pencil. The dining space, which is shaped like a bowling lane, leads about 65 feet back to the order counter. If you go through the side entrance, it's only about 30 feet of running distance. Upon entering, you will order your food and receive all toppings/ingredients that you request in any form factor that you request they be assembled in. If this does not happen, then you may not have entered the right establishment. Pseudo-pedanticism aside...Personally, I had a decent time here. Myself and two others stopped here on our way to a show because we can't afford to eat at The Capital Grille and ordered food. The place was fairly empty, with just a handful of Doordashers and UberEatsites sprinting the 40-yard dash from the entry to the counter, then back again. The narrow interior was fairly empty, and every table had some percentage of food-coverage (though an employee did begin cleaning tables once we started eating). Will I go here again? Probably. Should you go here? Yeah probably. Is this place the best? No. Is this place good enough? I think so. Should I stop typing and get back to work? Yeah...

First, let me say this is one of the best chipotle’s customer service wise that I’ve experienced. I’m a former employee of one in SC for context. So I know all the rules of service and expectations food and customer service wise! Yesterday I mistakenly left my laptop in store yesterday and the staff and Management were nice enough to not only put it up but when I called they took my information and asked me kindly to show identification when I came back! I’m so grateful; my ENTIRE life is in my laptop case! I’m so grateful, you have no idea! Thank you to the staff not only for the courtesy but making sure it was me! Great Job! I appreciate all of you and the work you do, especially knowing and understanding the work it takes! Thank you!!!!
