Worthy of a post-exam celebration lunch! We had a group of 12 walk in after our exam. Outdoor seating was well decorated and enjoyable for the occasion. Food was great - especially all the types of dips. Pita that came out with the dips were soft and fresh, which was a fantastic way to start off the meal. Main meals came out without much wait, and all of them were great eye pleasers as much as they were tasty! If I were to be picky, the fried chicken was a little dry, but not a big deal. Chef/owner of the restaurant came out to greet us because we were a bigger group, which made the experience a little more special. In general, a hidden gem in the U-city area that's worth a visit.

Found this googling after my Daughter moved to Philly, and looked like a sweet spot. In fact it is amazing. Beautiful interior and exterior. Due to the fact it was a gorgeous November day, we had some appetizers and cocktails on the patio. Place was hopping, both because it clearly has a good reputation plus it's a couple blocks from Upenn. Claudia was our server and she was the sweetest. We had some ricotta dish that I can't remember how to spell, Baba Ganouj, and roasted Cauliflower with tahini. The cocktails were solid, and decently priced around $10. The Baba Ganouj was so delicious I can't accurately make you understand it. What really set the place apart was the friendliness of the staff, combined with tasty tasty small plates. I will definitely return for a larger meal.

A Staple of West Philly. Renata’s kitchen is a beautiful spot on Baltimore Ave located just a few blocks from Clark Park. Plenty of parking, we didn’t have any difficulties finding a spot. I loved the art, the gorgeous colored tile work and the bar is very nice. Ambiance and Seating are fantastic and the food is superb!!! The service was marvelous, our drinks and food was out in no time. We ordered hummus, baba, the pita was so warm and soft. The wings are tasty, meaty and very satisfying. The chicken sandwich was just as amazing. My husbands shakshuka was verrry good. Taste and texture was good, very filling. The bathroom is unisex and has a changing table for babies. There is an upstairs portion but I didn’t have a chance to adventure up that way. Music and good vibes all around. There is outdoor seating and it is directly next to the trolley stop.

I came to Renata’s with my mom and some family friends of ours and they were wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and the food was phenomenal! Bridgette (I think was the name of our waiter) was exceptional—we moved from outdoor to upstairs and she handled it with such grace. We had a wonderful time there and will be sure to revisit repeatedly 😊

The Mrs been trying to get me to try this place for the past year and I finally relented. Wish I would've tried it last year so I would've eaten the entire menu by now...cuz there wasn't a single thing we tried we didn't love! It's rare that we both don't walk away with the feeling that everything food wise was perfect, but I couldn't find a flaw. The rice had a blend of saffron and vermicelli that was indescribable.for decor we sat outside which was tasteful and comfortable, but inside was just as nice with a loft I think we'll try next time the weather doesn't agree. As for the service, well, it was downright awesome! The server timed her visits perfectly, made fantastic suggestions, and ensured our orders were perfect while the food runner got our meals out with just the right timing and stayed on top of the prebussing (iykyk). Bottom line is if you think I'm capping pull up on them.

Really nice cute vibe. Service was average. Many of them don’t speak English and we had a hard time asking for the check. the shakshuka was a little watery and not flavorful enough sadly

Food was Great. Our waitress was Emma, she was great. Honestly I came there for the Breakfast Burritos but to my surprise they only self those during Brunch. I thought this place was a Mexican food Restaurant. But it's medditeranian. So ordered the Gluten free chicken with a side of rice. It was very delicious. I can't complain at all. Also, mimosas are served all day which is a major plus.

Love this place! Ive tracked them down through two location moves -.food is always good, staff is always welcoming & atmosphere is comfortable and clean - what more could you ask for! Only thing is you have to remember they're.not open Mondays 😫 (I have forgotten many times when I was already enroute and excited about my rose chai latte lol)

The food was delicious. There is great outside seating and they've established a great atmosphere so you don't even notice the trolley station right next to it.

My family and I came here on Father’s Day and had a lovely experience. The wait staff was attentive and friendly, and the food was actually an amazing experience. The appetizers of fried grape leaves and fried cheese were light and yummy, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our entrees. The menu was diverse and offered both traditional American options, and international flavors I hadn’t tried before. The zero proof alcohol free drinks were a highlight as well, very refreshing. I will be back for a happy hour soon.
