If you're not in the mood for plain old water ice, why not try a Misto shake--your favorite ice flavor blended with vanilla or chocolate custard, a gelati (water ice and custard artfully layered on top of each other), a custard sundae with a wide array of toppings, or a Blendini (custard blended with your favorite mix-ins)? The South Street Rita's provides the sweetest follow-up to one of those monstrous slices of pizza from Lorenzo's down the street!
The Rita's on South Street and 2nd avenue is amazing I moved to Philadelphia from Brooklyn NYC 2 months ago....and wanted to try it out the ice cold drinks are delicious and the soft serve Ice Cream sundaes are addictive. I recommend the vanilla sundae Please ask for a girl named Kaira pronounced (care'ah) She makes the most beautiful looking sundae known to man"....her customer service as well as the other staff is great everytime I show up at the service window....Kaira Should be promoted to manager or recieve a huge raise....she truely has a bright future in the food industry or management....-thankx for a great experience everytime #Team RITA'S SOUTHSTREET PHILLY ALL DAY!!!
Same as any other Rita's, except this ones on South st so that's good and bad I guess. The guy gave me a bigger serving than normal so five stars.
Welcoming customer service, nice people n always great water ice, fair prices many selections from water ice, shakes to pretzels and many flavors to choose from
