Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a grilled chicken burrito bowl with extra meat through the mobile app and when I got back to my office to eat it, I noticed that I couldn’t see that much chicken. So I’m looking through the bowl and I don’t even see a normal sized portion of chicken. The bowl loaded with rice and the chicken that was in the bowl was so burnt, you couldn’t tell it was chicken. My order before this one was a brisket burrito bowl and the meat was so burnt, it tasted like beef jerky. I contacted corporate and they uploaded a free entree to my app.

The wait time is often very long, even when there are not that many customers. They seem to never sense the urgency. They frequently only take online orders. Many times I entered the restaurant and waited several minutes, only to be told they were only taking online orders. Sometimes the food they give you is just too little. Even worse, when I asked for a bit more, so that it could reach normal amount, they told me it cost extra. Ridiculous. Some staff have very bad attitude. Once, a lady was doing my order, and I asked for cheese. She said there was no more. Another staff then brought more cheese to the counter, telling her she should have asked the kitchen. Then they just started arguing with each other. I reminded the lady my order was not finished, she then grabbed a huge amount of cheese and stuffed into my bowl. Overall, this is an extremely poorly managed restaurant with rude and stingy staff.

I ordered 5 meals for pick up and all of were prepared incorrectly. Every order was missing ingredients and very sloppy. I was also missing an additional sides of chips and guac in addition to guac on all the orders. Its upsetting since you charge $3.20 for the addition of guac and I only received one order of it. I hope you take steps to improve your quality of service.

I don't think i've ever had an issue here. Most of the reviews seem to talk how slow the service is, but there's only so many employees working.. All of the employees have been normal to me, i've never had a bad experience yet. The other day i asked for some hot sauce bc they ran out and the employee grabbed me a new bottle. I think that thjs location is a bit under staffed but that's not their fault, every place is understaffed right now, and don't expect a 5 star restaurant experience, this is a chipotle where you're paying 10-$20 for a lunch.

Worst experience I've ever had at an Chipotle. I ordered food for pick up, my tacos were haphazardly wrapped in aluminum foil causing them all to be soggy. I ordered extra meat and no extra meat was added to my meal. The meat that was on the tacos were burnt. Honestly I wish I could get my money back. Horrible overall.

Soooooooo, I am really trying to understand how I ended up with the wrong order...... Attempted to contact the restaurant directly and of course No Answer.... Called my delivery driver, just so she could tell me the restaurant told her multiple times that she was given the Correct order...... Which is wrong...... I don't appreciate it especially when. I paid 26.00 for my order and tipped..... No accountability..... as long as you guys get paid I see... I ordered 2 salads & ended up with 1 burrito and a bottle of water..... I don't get it.....
