In the afternoon, I indulged in the Fred Special Crepe and literally fell in love with this student hub. On a warm, chewy wheat crepe was the best cheesecake sauce ever. It was gooey, sweet, and cheesy, yet light. It had the texture of an Asian custard or a sticky, slightly heavy mayonnaise. The taste was phenomenal. Mixed with that were strawberries, cold blueberries, blackberries, and a freshly slice banana, all topped with delicious, nutty Nutella and chocolate sauce. The mixture was just absolutely amazing. It was fresh, tangy, sweet, warm, cold, and delicious, all in one huge crepe!
It’s huge size and super delicious.. the cheft is very nice .. even do me a favor separate the veggie to the other box cuz I special order
My wife and I love this place. It is actually located in Houston Hall. I stop by to grab a crepe for lunch fairly regularly. When my wife had our baby at HUP, across the street, she requested crepes from here for dinner the next day (the nurses were jealous).
I haven't had a bad crepe. I usually go for the lamb gyro crepe with both sauces, but all of the crepes are good. These aren't the usual dainty crepes that most places serve, where the filling is pretty sparse. These crepes are overflowing with whatever filling you choose. They are easily shareable, but so good that I rarely want to share.
The owner is a really nice guy. It is just a counter service place, so you can watch them cook the crepes, and the owner will usually chat with you while he's cooking. It's very welcoming.
You can smell the goodness as you walk down the hall...fantastic! A taste of Paris here in Philly! Huge portions and the staff super friendly. Highly recommend! You will definitely enjoy every bite!
I've been looking for a creperie lately. Didn't know I worked next to one. Today I happened to come across it. The cook was helpful. I ordered a lamb gyro crepe. It was delicious!! I'm so full now. Could barely finish 3/4 of it. Will be back again to try more.
Not very Parisian but delicious, Philly localized crepes. The giant crepes are filled with meat, veggies, and sauce that they're regular meals than quick snacks. The standard menu are all distinct and good combinations of tastes. Lunches during the school year can be a long wait, though.
I got the lamb gyro crepe and it was absolutely delicious! The owner is a nice guy. The portions are also very large.
One of the best crepes in Philly. The portion sizes are just right for how much you pay. The two gentlemen in there are so nice and friendly. It is one of the "must try".
Awesome crêpes made to order. The portions are very large, and they use fresh fruit and ingredients. I have yet to be disappointed by anything I've ordered here.
These crepes are delicious, filling, and the guys that run the place are top notch. They're the best part of Houston Hall by a mile.
I don't think I've tried anything besides the mock chicken and the Nutella and strawberries... But those were both good.
