Great coffee shop across the street from Philadelphia City Hall. I like that the shop serves healthy and hearty breakfast sandwiches. I had the pleasure of eating a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit which tasted as authentic as homemade. My one suggestion is to figure out how to heat the product all the way through.

Came here for breakfast the morning after arriving in the city the night before. It's a nice place with a cozy atmosphere. Good relaxing music was playing. We had a biscuit and it was quite delicious. I would come back for the food. Unfortunately the thing holding my review back from being a 5 star is that the coffee was terrible. It tasted burnt to the point where it was almost ashy in texture. I don't know if it was a bad roast, or the machines need a thorough cleaning but it was barely drinkable.

One of the best coffee shops I've ever been in. I go there regularly when I am in the area. Excellent coffee and food – snacks and desserts, and some very good prepackaged small meals (but this is not a restaurant). The background music is enjoyable but not obtrusive, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Many of the seats, though not all, have access to outlets and/or USB recharge slots.

Happy to be the first to leave a review! To think I was making my way to Starbucks... I walked by this place, noticed the bright, airy look and ample seating and decided to go in. Turns out it was opening day! I was greeted by at least three people who thanked me for coming in, which I thought was very nice and will honestly be a driving force to return. I ordered a fresh and flaky pumpkin scone and a mocha, both of which were delicious and exceeded my expectations. I work at One Commerce Square, but I imagine I'll be bypassing Starbucks and making the short trek to Parliament regularly. I was very impressed by the customer service so much so I invited my spouse to join me within 5 minutes of being there. With that being said, great opening day and I look forward to returning. Only downside was that I wasn't offered a loyalty card like those in front and behind of me, but was given one after seeking someone out and asking for it at least.
