Chun Hing Szechuan Restaurant

Chun Hing is my favorite place to eat on the planet. I have been eating (DUMPLINGS!) there for over thirty years. My family takes out once a week or so, but eating there is where it's at. DUMPLINGS! The menu is excellent and extensive. Some favorites include the steamed and fried meat DUMPLINGS!, which are addictive, thin-skinned, and yummy with the red vinager sauce. My son and I can eat about twenty in a sitting. In fact, we are going there now. Also love filet of beef with watercress, Singapore noodles, general tsaus chicken (sp?), scallion pancakes, cumin chicken, chicken fried rice with pineapple, chicken/beef in black bean sauce, lo mein, whole fish, everything else...

I first visited this Restaurant in 1998 and fell in love with the food and the Folks. Very good service. I have travelled most parts of these United States and only a few Chinese Restaurants can come close to Chun Hing. The Owner John is a great Gentleman with a smiling face. Their Pork and Watercress Soup, Steam Meat Dumplings, Fillet of Beef with Watercress are to die for. Over all great food and a decent atmosphere. The only thing missing is some Chinese Instrumental Music.
