Great, reliable neighborhood restaurant when you just want some delicious soup and a crusty meatloaf sandwich to save your day. The eggs on the build-your-own-breakfast sandwich are cooked perfectly - silky, soft omelet in bouncy layers. The tomato bisque is the best soup here. You do smell like the food when you leave the restaurant and they don’t ever have chocolate chip cookies that are on the menu but it doesn’t stop me from returning time and time again. Thanks!

We’re visiting from Indonesia.. and we love it here! The soup are superb and the sandwich are to die for! My vegan daughter was also happy she found a delish vegan sandwich..

The grilled cheese is always so good there. The soups are super delicious most of the times as well. The staff have always been friendly.

I love this place. I always end up here whenever I'm at work and need a quick place to stop for lunch. Love the tomato soup and the BBLT (No this is not a typo lol).

The prices are normal but the creations are masterful. The menu is small enough that one day I come and just order all of it. I was looking for a cup of coffee and a restroom to kill ten minutes before a meeting. I found much more. They have tables out on the sidewalk that are shaded. The food was truly inspired. Their interpretation of a bagel and lox would make my grandfather proud. All around good food good service and attention to detail. I have to make this a regular stop whenever I'm in this neighborhood.

Small and cozy place. Delicious food with options for vegans which is so hard to find. The menu is not super extensive but that usually means they're really good at the things that are. My grilled cheese was amazing. Would recommend. I am not a super fan of the name though, I admit.

I absolutely adore Soup Kitchen Cafe. The staff is very nice, and I absolutely love going to this place. I love the concept of all day coffee shop/restaurant/bar. The fact that they have drinks is also great! Their food selection is great, and the prices are reasonable. I much prefer their food here than at the other fishtown 'trendy' spot with "soup" in the name. My soup is always served hot here and the portion sizes are appropriate to be a full meal.
