I stopped in today to enjoy a pizza at Chick’s after my visit to Penn Medicine … the bartender, Sarah, was really cool and helped me to determine what beer I would enjoy along with the most perfect choice of pizza … she was hospitable, engaging and committed to my enjoyment of the food & drink being served … definitely ask for her when you visit (see photo) …I had the Iron Mill Brewery’s Philly Favorite … a delightfully satisfying beer … the pizza recommended to me was the Spicy Boy and WOW … so flavorful and had my taste buds dancing with the so delectable spicy goodness … I would recommend Chick’s 100% … it’s a fabulous place to dine and enjoy the

This place is a hidden gem. I’ve been here 3 times and each time the service food and atmosphere was consistent! Food comes out so fast and is delicious, I always try something new when I come because I trust them and they never disappoint! Servers and bartenders are very attentive and answer any questions we may need. Very inviting comfortable atmosphere. Last time I was there I had the fish tacos, bang bang shrimp, duck wontons and the moonshine blackberry lemonade. Everything was phenomenal, watch out for that drink though it’s sooo good but sneaks up on you! Would highly recommend and this is now a new regular spot for me🤗
Second time in Philly and this place was unbelievable. I tried the South Philly eggs rolls, duck confit wontons, buffalo wings, and all the good beers! I'm coming back next time I'm in town. Unbelievable service. All of the staff were friendly and made me feel like I was at home. Can't say enough good things about my amazing bartenders.

Cool spot, good food. Was told I had to try Chicks when I come to Philly, maybe expectations were set a little too high. Porchetta was good, but not Philly's best sandwich as I was told. A bit too salty for my taste. Worth a visit though
Really fun atmosphere and great service and food! I came for the first time today during the NFC Championship game and the crowd was energetic and loud. Overall, I had a great time! The food was delicious as well—I split a burger and a cheese pizza. No complaints and despite it being busy and packed, it didn’t take too long to come out. The drinks were good too and everything was reasonably priced. My recommendation is to try and get a reservation ahead of time because the bar will generally be full and you can’t really get a table without a reservation. Hope to come back!
The food here is great and reasonably priced. Can have a great time with friends without feeling like you're overspending and the food looks and tastes delicious. I came here with 5 people (6 total) and got two champagne kits (brunch), everyone got an entree, plus one extra plate to share. We each spent something like $40 per person. I recommend the chicken and waffles, the cannoli French toast was also delicious, unfortunately the steak and eggs were overcooked (asked for medium well) and got a small portion, no butter was provided for that plate (came with toast), the rest of the food was good and came out without too much delay. We came on Sunday and the place was pretty filled. We had Lisa as a server and she was truly amazing. Made you feel welcome and even took our picture. Great for a casual brunch outing, watching sports events, or just eating good food for a decent price.
Girlfriend and I hit this local spot up on a busy Friday night, yet luckily seating was swift. The Menu was innovative and prizing a variety of choices. Our food was fresh and plate presentation was surprisingly colorful, not so much expected at a neighborhood joint. The prices were outstanding especially in comparison to the large portions, and needing take homes. Any staff we encountered were on top of things, which left little room for ask. Overall they seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Which makes such a difference and most certainly contributed to the lax and friendly vibe going on here. First time here, yet felt very welcomed. Best for last, oh but that beer list, sigh. Wonderful to see a surprising variety which always makes my night.
Came here Monday with my husband and pup- we had the most amazing time. This place has a cool atmosphere, kind and competent servers, and even the other patrons were cool! Our server Sam was truly lovely and handled the crowds with grace. The other employees also seemed happy to be there which is great to see
Great pizza and wings along with great selections of beer!
Went there for lunch and decided as a group to get pizza vice ordering individually. We got the duck wontons, buffalo wings, garlic parmesan wings, south Philly 16" pizza, and the la Bruges 16" pizza. Plenty of food for all of us and it was delicious. Worth getting the pizza and the wings but especially the pizza. You won't regret it. They also have a take out option as well so utilize that if you can't sit down.
Highly recommend checking out this restaurant. Worth it and I'll be back again to try a different pizza.
Always one of my favorite neighborhood places to order food from. The chicken platter is my favorite and absolutely delish! Their fries and wings are yummy too. A perfect go to when figuring out where to order take out from because they have a little bit of everything and I can take beer to go.
