Fork was an excellent dinning experience! The staff was fantastic and attentive wo being hovering and annoying. I experienced the tasting menu and was over the top pleased with my choice to try the tasting menu. Constant party in my mouth course after course. Thrilled with my dining choice!!!

Delicious, creative food and attentive service! Our party of 4 each ordered the House Menu which was a great way to taste most of the items on the menu. Along with the House Menu comes several surprise small bites which were all delightful. From drinks to dessert, every detail was perfection during our 3 hour visit. Highly recommend!

On my way out of Philly during a visit, I decided to have brunch at this place on the advice of a local. I heard reservations are recommended, so I made one. I was a bit annoyed that they made me sit and wait even though several tables were clearly available. I've been to other restaurants that do this pretentious game to make themselves look exclusive. Instead, they look inefficient. Nevertheless, my server Jeff was super friendly and helpful. I ordered the Sunny eggs with brisket and potatoes. Delicious! I ordered a side of homemade bacon which was outstanding. The decor is cool and I liked the open kitchen vibe they have. The bill comes with an automatic 20% gratuity, which sucks for the waiter because I usually leave 25%. I noticed other Philly restaurants also do the automatic tip, making me wonder if people are cheap there. In closing, I definitely recommend this place for brunch.

This review is for the brunch experience only. In the lore of great Philadelphian restaurants, this one has been on the list for some time, with James Beard award and all at some point in the recent past, so I had to try. Let go step by step: Atmosphere: 5/5. Very nice modern rustic feel, the color palette works, it's classy without being stuffy. Enough said. Service: not skimping on their workforce. Service is prompt and professional. Nothing wanting here. Food: 4/5 this is where it falls juuuuust a little short of greatness. The beet salad was great, 5/5, it was one of the best I've had, a god combination of sweet, salty and mildly tangy. The Zataar salad, on the other hand, was wanting, 4/5, it was fresh and good, but it was a little too plain and did not have a "hero" ingredient, it was forgotten as soon as you swallow it, the dressing was forgettable too, although the additional grilled chicken was excellent, it was very tender and mildly sweet/smoky and just perfect so it salvaged that salad. If it wasn't for this chicken addition, it would have been a 3/5. The turkey BLC was just decent, 3.5/5, because the bacon strips in it were all saggy and very sad.... It they had made it nice and crispy, this could have been a 4.5/5, nonetheless it wasn't the case. Drinks: 5/5. Neptune was very smooth and subtly satisfying. The Harvest Punch was... Certainly reminding you if autumn, the cinnamon flavor was strong but not overpowering. Value: Prices are fair for the quality and portion sizes. Plus the good service. Bottomline: while not the very creme de la creme for the brunch lineup, it's certainly worth trying. In fact I will probably go again to try their dinner offering. Pretty good chance that the quality should be even better than the brunch.

We really didn't know what to expect and really never heard of some items on the menu(or knew how to pronounce it) We where greeted with smiles and had everything explained to us, best part THE FOOD! I felt like I was eating food for the first time, watermelon salad, cheese plate, pork entree and risotto entre, plus dessert. Blew our mind, compliments to all the chefs

Greeted warmly when we arrived. Our server was great and attentive as well. The Brussels sprouts were nice and crunchy - definitely recommend. The burger and fries portion was generous although a little less sauce would be good. It ended up making the bun a little soggy. The trout was delicious and well paired with the veggies. The portion could have been a bit larger. Had a Rosé cava and a Manhattan and both were really good. We will come back to try desert next time.

Went to Fork for an anniversary dinner. The wait staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all the items on the menu and wine list. The atmosphere is really neat and nicely decorated. The food/menu was pretty good, i really enjoyed the scallops, but would have liked to have a bit more on the plate. Unlike my bf who had a full plate of food, my main entree only took about 40% of the plate. Both dishes were delicious. Overall, a really nice spot to enjoy some really great food. Highly recommend.

My family and I had the absolute delight of dining at Fork this Sunday which, unbeknownst to us, happened to be Restaurant Week. We felt it was a must-try following Ellen Yin’s James Beard Award. For starters, the entire wait and cook staff were exemplary. While waiting for our table we started with a round of drinks and excellent banter at the bar thanks to Brian and another bartender who’s name I can’t quite remember (loved the tattoo sleeve). The signature cocktails we ordered were made with care and quite refreshing. After being seated, our waitress was quick to introduce us to the restaurant before introducing the floor manger Matt who seemed to takeover and expertly answered our endless questions. Matt then introduced us to the sommelier Kevin who was clearly well-versed in his craft and paired us with a 2014 Mauritson Loam Cabernet which was excellent and exactly as described. Wanting the full experience, we ordered nearly every dish on the smaller menu being offered for the week much to our delight. Standouts amongst these were the Raw Oysters, Fluke Crudo, Charcuterie Board (largely pâté variants), Scallop and Squid, and (Dark) Chocolate Mouse. For what was a generally lovely experience, we had a few critiques on the food, albeit few and far between and merely our opinion. In both the Eggplant au Poivre and one of our desserts, we found the spices (cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon?) to be quite overwhelming and clung to the palate. Another note is for the Scallop dish which comes with a few clams that had a fair amount of grit, but this can vary from clam to clam. All said, we were pleasantly surprised by the moody chique atmosphere, truly superb service, and an elevated take on American cuisine.

I loved every minute of dining at this restaurant. The service was divine - we got lost and showed up 15 minutes late to our reservation and were seated with no problem. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was amazing. Potato parve? Who knew. The restaurant management deserves all of the awards that they have won.

When in Philly, best is to check out the known eateries. Fork is such a place. Definitely recommend. The staff and service was perfect. The place in the Old City area so historic. The restaurant nestled among older buildings with a charm of the town infused. Reservations definitely recommended. The food was perfect, well made and delicious. The options are eclectic and diverse and creative. Definitely a revisit when in Philly. I visited in June 2023.

Food Ordered: Brussels Sprouts, Dry Aged Burger & Fries, Rohan Duck Burger was SUPER good with the raclette cheese. Drinks were not great & pretty small but expensive. Little complimentary chocolates. Went on 2/18/2023
