Review Maggiano's Little Italy - Philadelphia

We did a carryout for 10 people from the Philadelphia location. Always check your order because my friend kept feeling something was missing, and one order was. They had the food ready when we went back and even gave us some of those "Divine" tasting Lemon Cookie slices. Hopefully dining in will result in getting more spaghetti with Chicken Parm.

If looking for a Italian style restaurant Maggiano's is the one. First time here and my family of five enjoyed the experience. Upon arrival was seated fairly quickly. They have a family style menu items were you choice appetizers, salads, 4 entrees and have a mix of desserts to share. Everything was delish. You will leave with leftovers. Wish I remembered our waiters name he was great he gave suggestions and was pleasant and helpful. I'm sure we will return again.

Maggiano's Little Italy is a classic choice for Italian cuisine. The family-style servings make it perfect for sharing and creating memorable dining experiences. The dishes are rich in flavor, and the ambiance is both upscale and inviting. The staff's attentiveness, though not exceptional, still enhances the overall enjoyable atmosphere. Whether it's a special occasion or a casual night out, Maggiano's consistently delivers a great Italian dining experience.

My husband and I came here after we got married. The food was phenomenal. The staff was great. They also made us congratulate cookies for us. It was amazing. Thank you

I had a great time and I enjoyed my food. The service was immaculate! I was celebrating my graduation and they surprised me with the desert. Everything was top tier!

As two English girls in Philadelphia this was a fabulous American-Italian dining experience. Our waitress Alexis was brilliant, the bread warm served with gorgeous olive oil and followed by a hearty bowl of pasta. The Shrimp diavalo was outstanding.

I had an incredible dining experience at this Italian gem in Philadelphia! Situated conveniently near the convention center and hotels, its prime location made it easily accessible. The food was exceptional, from delectable dishes to refreshing drinks and mouthwatering desserts. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The decor was tasteful and inviting, enhancing the dining experience. I highly recommend trying their salmon—it was cooked to perfection. And don't forget to indulge in their heavenly crème brûlée. This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone in the area!

Waiter and manager checked by our table almost immediately to see we were getting serviced. Really a beautiful restaurant inside. Table had olive oil and hand grinders for seasonings. Fresh bread. We did the soup/salad and sandwich routine because it was cheap and just right for lunch. The chicken parm sandwich was tender throughout and perfect. I don't eat fries so who knows how they were. Soup was excellent and the salad was huge. More on the pricy side if you get more than we did altho worth it. Lots of care into makeing this meal ideal as small as it was.

Really good American style Italian food. If you have a party of 4 or more you can order family style. You pick a salad 2 appetizers and up to 4 mains. I recommend the mushroom ravioli it was out of this world 🌎. The service was excellent. My only problem (and it's a small one) the price for wine is high 13 bucks for a glass of house red wine is a bit much.

This place was AMAZING! The atmosphere was top notch, the service was efficient, kind, informative and overall fantastic! The food was so good. We have been traveling for almost a week now and by far the best food we have had on this trip. The General Manager Patty stopped by our table. She was so kind, was not in a hurry, chatted with us, made sure everything was good - she was the best General Manager I have ever spoken to while traveling. If ever back in Philly - I would eat here again!

I’ve only been here in the context of work holiday parties. I can say that it’s a good venue for large groups like corporate holiday parties and what not. Their food is fine overall for a big box Italian place. The chicken parm is delicious! Nice service. Cozy atmosphere. Validated parking in the lot next door.

Bobby the manager is a keeper. His mannerism and customer service skills are above top notch. There was a misunderstanding with our order. He went above and beyond to correct it quickly. He knows his job and does it well. Claire another manager was polite and friendly. The servers were friendly and communicated with us asking us are we okay. This was my first time dining at this establishment and it won't be my last. The food was delicious. Thanks to the Maggiano's Little Italy team for making my experience at the restaurant a good one. We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! They were able to seat our large group during a busy weekend with a pretty short wait. The food tasted good.

Everything was delicious! I will be back! Our only disappointment was that we were a party of 3 so we couldn't participate in the family dining option that allows you to try a variety of items on the menu. I am sure other visitors would love to see an option for smaller groups, too.

I had dinner here last night with my wife. They were completely booked therefore we had to wait to get seating. The placed was packed and we decided to have an appetizer and a drink at the bar. To get food at the bar we had to be sitting at the bar. We ordered bruschetta and Long Island iced tea. Before the appetizer arrived we got a table. We closed the tab at the bar and sat. Our waiter was Ty. The complementary bread was warm and the oil with spices was very good. I ordered the special filet mignon with lobster bites on the top with white truffle sauce and mashed potatoes. My wife got gluten-free penne with Arraniata sauce with chicken on the side. The filet was cooked perfectly and the taste was amazing, it was missing a crust. My wife asked for extra sauce as the pasta seemed a bit dry. Overall food experience was very good. We might come back with kids for family style dining experience. Four stars due to bar experience. Overall Food: 8.5 Service: 9 Noise: 8 Decor: 9

They accommodated 15 of us at one time with ala carte orders. We celebrated our boss' bday. Food was amazing, waiter was attentive, happy hours fantastic. We loved it!

Murder Mystery was truly fun!! We enjoyed our table mates and the ambience. The food was ok. Chicken parmigiana and ravioli were excellent. Pork wasn’t bad! The stroganoff dish left a lot to be desired. The desert lemon cookies and chocolate ball weren’t impressive. Overall very nice evening but $65 with no drink other than water included is a little pricey especially when only part of the meal was great!! I do understand everything isn’t going to be top notch!!

Our meal started off ok. Fried zucchini was good and came out quickly. Our waiter seems not to be able to handle a few tables or just didn’t care. Part of our food was forgotten took a while to get it and you could tell was under a heat lamp the noodles were hard. Chicken Marsala was pretty watery. Took over fifteen minutes to get dessert menu like 20 to take our dessert order which we then got to go since we were sick of waiting and another for ten for check. My husband stayed behind to pay since my daughter was exhausted at this time. I won’t ever be back.

We do not eat meat or poultry and we always order 2 platter and share them. We had the salad with salmon and a shrimp platter. We love it. I happen to have an appt. in Center City so there we went.

Murder Mystery at Maggiano's would have been an awesome experience except for some of the people at our table were obnoxiously annoying. But the actors, amazing servers and awesome food made the experience one I would be willing to have again. We started on time and the mystery and meal had great timing. I enjoyed my night, but I left ready to eat a burger an hr later

Our food was served quickly and very delicious. The calamari appetizer was amazing, so amazing I ate the leftovers the next night. Considering how much food we received , the prices were astounding. Our server was very nice, fun to talk with and helpful, being this was our first time in philly.

First time and it was delicious. The stuffed mushrooms was fantastic and the cheesecake was out of this world. Fresh whipped cream was heaven. I will definitely go to the Garden City restaurant. We visited the one in Philly.

The waiter was very nice. But the food not so much. I had chicken Parmesan it was watery no taste. But the 🥖 bread was good.

I can honestly say this is the best Italian food I have ever eaten.

We had the best experience here. Both of my boys have life threatening food allergies to peanuts and tree nuts.i had heard so many amazing things about this restaurant that we had to try it. We go out to dinner maybe twice per year as it is too scary. The waitress, Unique was amazing and had the manager come out to speak to us. Michael (the manager) reassured us the meal would be safe. He even took the boys orders and took the request back himself! Thank you Chef Luis and everybody we spoke to at Maggianos for an amazing experience. My kids said it was the best meal they ever had! Thank you!!!
