Arby's

This place used to be reliable but now you never know what kind of food you’re gonna get. We’ve ordered food and found out things are missing, or been given the wrong food all together. MAKE SURE YOU SIT THERE AND UNWARP THE FOOD AND MAKE SURE ITS WHAT YOU ORDERED. (We received two roast beef sandwiches… had to point out we were missing fries) I don’t understand how it was more reliable when it was just one fry cook and the one guy running the drive through.

3 times in the last 3 months I’ve either gotten the wrong food or incorrectly done (no Mayo) today I repeated the order and it was still wrong. I was given excuses like “we were shifting crews”, “the guy at the window is young”. I did not raise my voice nor did I curse at anyone, waited to have a second sandwhich done. And when bright out to me more discussion and now I’m told that I will no longer be served—if this is the owners idea of customer service, then he’ll be out of business soon enough

This place is by far the WORST Arby’s that we have ever been to. We keep hoping that the next visit will be good. But it’s always the same terrible service and even worse food. Today the fries were cold, roast beef tasted burnt, barely any cheese in the sides of cheddar, the chicken club wrap almost made me vomit. If you want Arby’s go to the one on AW Grimes or I-35. And to the owner - save your generic response about being sorry and “click” on the link for more information.. why don’t you get yourself to that restaurant and make the necessary changes. You own it, act like you give a s#%t.

Here I am, hours posted on the door say drive-thru and dine in open 10am-10pm. It's 11am, and the building is empty they are closed. Super frustrating to find them closed, no signs on the door explaining, when I'm craving an Arby's roast beef. Can absolutely be assured that I will not return to this location.

If you are craving Arby's skip this one and drive to i-35, this one misses the mark even for fast food. Bread was cold (not room temp), cheese wasn't melted, curly fries only half filled, and I was missing a sandwich when I got home. 7:00pm on a Thursday and I was the only car in the drive through should have told me what I needed to know.

The service was good even though the cashier was the cook, cashier and order taker.. She was very professional... I wish that someone would hire people at this pflugerville location... If it is the young black lady tonight, then it's the young black manager... What's the problem....???? My food was fixed just almost right..Lol... Just didn't have tomatoes.... So she refunded the different.... Please do not put onion rings on my sandwich... I asked for onions.... Not onion rings... So I am taking that they didn't have anymore onions... Good try... But I did enjoy my sandwich... Roast beef classic... Yummy... Pflugerville needs to get some help please and thank you.... Teresa...
