Little Caesars

Well they got my order wrong again. The staff seemed not to care about the customers, the speaker is still broken, gross pick up window with old ceiling tile in the top of it. Also I ordered the brownie cookie m&m dessert and it was a pack of 4 squares in a store type wrapper and it was almost $4. They need to step it up. Most of the year no masks worn correctly by staff.

I drove by and saw that it was opened, so while I was waiting during my kids’ activity I decided to call in and place an order. I had called twice and no one answered the phone. I even made sure to give them time to pick up, just in case they were busy for some reason. How do they even get business? I ended ordering from Papa John’s, which I didn’t have any issues getting through.

I placed an order online, which was supposed to be ready in less than 15 minutes according to the site. I made it to the location in time according to their online estimate. When I get there it was 10:30 pm, but the location was already shut down even though they close at 11 pm and their site instructed me to walk inside to pick up from the pizza portal. I thought great I’ll be in and out quick. NOPE. When I finally pull up to the drive thru window; 40 minutes after placing my order, the guy was not aware of my order. He said it would be 15 more minutes while they made the last pizza; a pepperoni pizza. He obviously lied to me saying they had my supreme pizza, wings and cheesy bread ready but just had to make the pepperoni. I say he lied because it was obvious the “supreme” pizza which only had pepperoni, mushrooms, and onions was rushed from its appearance. I usually don’t waste more of my time posting reviews but they had very poor service. There is a reason their rating is so low, don’t buy from this location...

We ordered there new Quattro Pizza. The order was done quickly. Very quickly.we ordered online and we used their portal to pick it up. But, when we went to eat it, we found at the pizza was burnt and dried out. We usually don't have any issues with quality at this location. So kind of a shock. With as quick as it was done and as dried out as the pizza was, it almost seems like maybe it was somebody else's Pizza or have been sitting around for a very long time. Also, it was extremely dark inside the building. It wasn't close to closing time at all, so I don't know why the lights would be out unless maybe they were just all burnt out, but it definitely had an off feeling. Never have had that happen at that location either.
