Omg, went in to pick up an uber delivery and the lady there was on her own taking cash, cooking sorting out deliveries. She was bam bam bam done. I have to say what a Rockstar she kept her cool was helping everyone and was unfazed. You have a great worker there look after her. This was 27th Dec at around 6.30pm.

The staff at this store were a godsend in the blizzard. They were extremely helpful with malfunctioning pumps, shared the store as a warm place to wait out the storm, offered hot coffee and tasty pizza to stranded motorists, and were an all around pleasure to meet. The owner was extremely helpful and braved the heavy sustained winds several times to troubleshoot pumps that were frozen due to the wintery weather. The staff that were stranded at the location busied themselves for hours maintaining, stocking, and cleaning the store far beyond what is normal for a convenience store. I'll definitely stop in anytime I'm in the neighborhood. I have a feeling locals already know that this is a to notch example of a 7 11 franchise.

This 711 is the greatest , hands down the best in Colorado Springs , , Peyton, Monument, and Fountain, this is my stop twice a day , and when Im on the Road I have no choice but to stop at other 711s, needless to say Ive run into some of the worst in town, burned Coffee Glass Pots dirty, Closed Rest Rooms to the Public, Cashiers on there phone texting and telling me to hold on Ill be with you in a sec, Selling Doughnuts in front of the cash register at half price from the day before, Homeless People allowed to beg in front of the store front, Dirty Ice in the Ice machine , telling customers that the credit machine is down, cash only and not giving a receipt, Dirty Stores, Bad Attitudes, Cashiers that question your cup as a refill, ETC. Falcon / Peyton 711's Staff is professionally trained and has excellent customer service, always expect a Hello when you come thru the door, Maggie, Courtney, and Abbey make this store successful, Mark does a great job hiring new kids to become subject matter experts. The only issues I have ever had was the ATM is always out, Whole Milk is sometimes out on the weekend, and the occasional item your always looking for is not in stock, but is that really a bad thing ? I challenge any 711 in the greater area thats better than this one.

7 11 was very nice to my daughter when she was getting a slurpie.

The place is great, but they are always out of something that I need! Receipts, paper towels, etc.
