Mcdonald's

Visited late evening last night, service took a long time but we still waited it out, and it was worth it because the employee was so kind and nice! She deserves a good review however I do not know her name, we visited at 10:30pm 3/2/22. She was very patient and you can tell she was the only person working, hire more staff like her!

Have never been in a dirty McDonalds before. Fruit flies all over beverage machine which should be reported. No one to help or answer questions. Woman I asked was not helpful didn’t want to be bothered and answered wrong. Food came out quickly but barely warm. Woman who handed me food was the only friendly face. I was the only one inside and I now know why. Won’t be back.

So this morning i went in to this particular mcdonald and wasn't greeted with the most friendliest group of employees... I was told to use the computer to place my order. And after i placed my order it said to choose a number and go sit down. There was no numbers and i tried asking them what to do so i can complete my order and they got snippy and said just make a number and i will get my food. After starting to eat my food a lady came in and i told her they make you use the computer... But they took her at the register. Not going back there ever

I went yesterday to the Silvernail Drivethru and got a pretty poor experience from the manager. I ordered a hot cake & sausage and an iced mocha. The manager heavily side through the squack box before asking me what kind of mocha I wanted. I thought he meant size, but apparently he wanted to know the flavor of mocha. Um, mocha flavor? He was clearly frustrated with me. When I actually got up to the 1st window to pay he was slamming everything, and he was short to the other patrons in the drive-through. He took my credit card and without me saying a word he told me, "that there were only 3 employees trying to keep this damned store opened." That was unprompted. I realized things are tough and you hate your job, but take it out of corporate, not the drivethru. The employer who gave me my food, she was absolutely wonderful.
