Our experience on 6/27/22 was terrible at this restaurant. We arrived at 7:40 p.m. and promptly made a drink and food order for a party of 6 people. At 8:40 p.m. we still had not received our food and our server never came to provide us with an update on our order. After tracking our server down on the other side of the restaurant, she stated that large groups came before us and were being served and our food would be coming soon. At 9:15 p.m. we still had not received our food. The server could have offered a free round of drinks or free appetizers or something to make it better for the long wait, but nothing. She could have invited the manager to come to our table to provide an explanation or apologize for the delay....but nothing. We have no interest in going back. It is a shame because we were very much looking forward to dining there. So many different things could have been done to make it a positive experience, but nothing was done. At 9:15 p.m. with no food and no update, we just got up and left. Very bad experience.

I have nothing poor to say. I work in service and am more than willing to be patient for a good meal. It's hard for some to understand it's hard to find good staff when everywhere is looking for help especially nights and weekends. This was our second time here and everything was excellent. Just picked a seat and got served right away (and It was not slow). Wings are absolutely delicious and will be back asap for that alone, our entrees served to us too we're perfection. Also very friendly staff. Huge plus for us living close by!

Really liked the food (from what I was able to get) and the drinks were good too! The restaurant manager needs to tell the servers to communicate with their tables better. If your kitchen is closing, and you have a table who has only ordered apps so far, you NEED to come back either warn them it’s closing, or take their dinner order before you close the kitchen or you’ll have customers leaving hungry like myself. Other than that very friendly staff, and a nice place.

Service was good once we finally got someone to take our order. When we walked in, we asked two employees if we needed to wait or if we could seat ourselves. They told us to go ahead and find an open table. Two other couples came and sat near us. The two employees came and took their orders and ignored us. We were finally able to find another employee to take our orders. Then all was good.

We came here on a Sunday night and it wasn’t too crowded. We ordered the sampler for an appetizer and for our meals the chicken Parmesan and the Bernie burger. The sampler had mozzarella sticks, fried pickles, cheese curds, chicken fingers, onion rings, and tater tots - ranch and marinara sauce. The chicken Parmesan had two nice sized pieces of chicken with cavatappi pasta, and two small pieces of garlic toast. The Bernie was a burger with mushrooms, mozzarella cheese, and bacon on a brioche bun. The burger came with their homemade chips which are so light and crisp - love them! The food was tasty and the view of the lake was great.
