Literally the worst Culver’s burger I’ve ever had. There was so much mayo it was completely out of proportion for a single patty burger. It had parts of another bun stuck to it. The onion rings were burned, hard and yet still somehow cold, almost like they were stale. I’m afraid to eat my custard now. The attendant was rude when I called to place my order. I sent my daughter to pick it up otherwise I would have asked them to remake the rings or give me fresh ones at least.

The person at the counter was a trainer and hard to work with for changing bread on the burger. The table was dirty and the trainer was also not helpful to get it cleaned. The bread on the burger was black, I cannot believe they actually delivered it. Once we got our food a mushroom burger, fish sandwich, and cheese curds it was excellent.

Waited over 15 minutes in drive thru but couldnt find where to order. There is a booth but it was empty. I got to the window and thought I could order there. They told me no and made me go back and laughed at me. Had to wait another 10 minutes. Truly rediculous. When you drive in the back way it is very confusing! Better signage is needed and they didn’t have to laugh at me!

I have driven there not once but twice in the last couple of weeks and they were closed. The first time they closed early at 7 PM. Today, they’re sign said closed today. What the heck is going on? No other culvers in the area just picked their hours like this! Consistency in a business like this is essential and now even though it’s the closest one to me I’m not risking my time to drive over there just to find out they’re closed again

cold food, waited 20 minutes being the 5th car in line, told to pull ahead just for ice cream and fries. waited another 10 minutes. fries tasted like they had no salt and were cold. not warm at all. no napkins in bag.

I normally love culvers but at this location today all 3 of the burgers I ordered were red and raw throughout the whole burger. I am disappointed with my experience.

Daughter's first time there and the cashier Luke was patient and excited to show her why Culver's was the best. He brought our food to us and even checked on us later to see what she thought. Excellent did but even better service. I hope they realize what a dedicated employee they have!!!
