Panera Bread

We take the family here two or three times a month and the kids love the mac and cheese along with the cheap desserts. The grownups love all the meals and other than an occasional long line, this is one of our favorite places to eat. Reasonably priced and delicious food along with pleasant staff makes us repeat customers.

Nice big place very clean and friendly bunch of girls working here. I was really surprised at the bagels very fresh and delicious. I have never been to a Panera bread and I was very happy with my experience. The price was right and everything was good. This location had a huge seating area very fast at the drive thru window. I will come back to the location just to see the ladies who work here. Very happy with my service.

Not sure why this store has changed, and I realize good help is hard to find, but the bagels (cinnamon crunch) have gotten less enjoyable, wuth way less cinnamon. Also, this store still does not know how to adjust or use a slicer. The bagels are sliced terribly everytime. This is last time I go to this Panera in Pewaukee.

Ordered a sandwich with added avocado and received one small slice of avocado on one half of the sandwich. The other side of the sandwich had a avocado peel in it. And on top of that the avocado is not ripe. It’s hard as a rock. Who wants to eat that. The sandwich was barely wrapped, it was falling out. Like come on. Take some pride in your work.

This store got my admiration today, 6/3/2022: Their systems were down due to tech issues. The store's authority there (I don't know her name) still managed to do a great job. She placed free coffee and confectionary for customers outside their store! Good job! I wanted to pay but couldn't (it was FREE), hope this Google review helps!

Just waited 30 minutes for a coffee in the drive thru line...with only 2 cars in front of me the whole time. This caused me to be late for work. Multiple cars left behind us after already ordering... Their food seemed to be prepared and was just sitting on the counter getting cold. I get that they're understaffed (although there were plenty of employees just standing inside), but if that's the case they need to close the drive thru or have people with food orders pull to the side. Or give customers a heads up that orders are taking extra long. They seem extremely inefficient. Coffee is also often room temperature. Most employees don't apologize or acknowledge the long waits Their customer service is non-existent. They never answer their phone...even during non meal hours (when the recorded message says to call back.)

Got chicken Mediterranean bowl when I had specifically asked for Mediterranean bowl without chicken. Thankfully I noticed it before I took my first bite. I have been a life long vegetarian and this would have been a mess if I had found out after I took a bite. So much disregard to dietary restrictions.
