Chick-fil-a

Not the best experience. We went through the drive though sat there n no one took our order. So we went to window. They said sorry they had the headset off. Then we needed to go back through the line. By then the line was backed up. So decided to go in. Never got a receipt and chicken was over cooked. My frozen lemonade was delicious.

The food is always good... but the staff they have there was awesome. Very polite, and went the extra effort to ensure everything was good. This was during lunch hour, busy, but yet they still had the lady that was running the register when she took our order, seek us out, a small group of four, and ensure everything was good, asked us about needing refills, then went back to the register, took a couple of orders, and then returned 10 minutes later to see if she could grab our trash from the table... we were about 10 feet from the trash can, awesome service!

The service at this locations was incredibly slow. It took almost ten minutes just to get a large fry despite the line both inside and drive through not being long at all. The customer service was terrible as employees were not helpful when assistance was needed. The trash was also completely full with trash stacked on top of the trash can but no one changed it.

I loved coming to this location when they first opened, their management team and staff was always so friendly. Now, their team sucks. I guess that’s why the other employees left to find new gigs. The other locations have much better employees, the owners are nicer and the service is speedier. Don’t waste your time here
