Here on a Saturday night, only 1 server working, and she is doing an awesome job. The dining room is cold, I kept my coat on the entire meal. Food was good and hot. The poor server was running around by herself, tables were full of dirty dishes, and she was cleaning them as she was seating people. Probably should have more staff on a Saturday night.

Had to wait 10 minutes before anyone came to seat us. Waitress came and took our order. When we received our pizza it had onions on it and the lady not our waitress said I think it is just one piece. We said okay but it was loaded with onions not just one piece. It was also not hot like normal. I noticed that a table that was there before us never got there pizza yet which seemed odd. Come to find out, it was a pizza made for someone else which they decided to try and slip by us. Wrong toppings and cold! We told them we were leaving and paid for just our pop which we should not of even had to do. Never going back again. The manager was way over her head and shoish not be in this position.

Having a large family seven, we are always looking for a great inexpensive meal! This Pizza Hut has a fantastic medium Pizza deal. We can order enough for our family and keep it under thirty dollars. The staff are friendly and never seem annoyed by our rowdy kids. They engage our kids and speak to them and not at them. The kids love feeling valued by the servers. The facilities are well kept and clean. The pizza is delicious and comes rather quickly.

It took an hour to get our pizz and they weren’t that busy. They were not cleaning up the tables after people were leaving. So people would be waiting so long to get seated because all the tables were not cleaned off yet. We got Luke warm fries. They also forgot two of our Appetizers. It took forever to get our bill.

Disappointing. Pizza Hut anywhere else usually is decent, but this one not so much. 6:30 on a Tuesday, 3 tables, slow service. Waitress forgot if we both got a salad, then brought us something we didn't order. The tomatoes on the salad bar tasted bad, on the verge of spoiled, and the waitress said she would tell the manager but they did not change them out the time we were there. Pudding and cucumbers had ice in and on them. The cheese crust pizza we got was pretty bad compared to any of the other pizza places around Petoskey. Tasted like grocery store freezer crust. Unfortunate experience. Sorry to say we won't be back.

Ordered a meatball pizza today. The meatballs tasted spoiled. Had to throw the whole pizza away. The employees in the pick up area were very nice. The chocolate chip cookie is amazing. Please check your meatballs so nobody gets sick from eating them.

We got there at 5:30 and had a group of ten it took ten minutes for the waitress to even acknowledge us. We ordered our stuff and got it in fair time like a half an hour. We promised the youngest in our group a cookie pizza if he ate so we ordered it and it took forever then she comes over a half an hour later and says she gave it to a takeout and wouldn't let us cancel so we took it to go it wasn't even packed. We left at 7:30.

My friend and I went for dinner the other day and it was packed at first. We ordered a pop each, a cheese bread each, and 3 medium pizzas (thre was a deal and we wanted leftovers). They had a slip up where our order got lost after we got our cheesebread. The waitress was very nice, and had a good sense of humor, and almost too apologetic. She kept our drinks full the whole time. They got our order in the oven after a bit of time, including two more cheesebread. When we were done, they gave us a huge discount. Since we weren't in a rush, we were perfectly fine. We're happy they took responsibility though. So, I give 5 stars. Service was great, food was great, and mistakes happen. Thank you for being a good waitress, although I don't remember your name.
