Everytime I go there the pizza is great. But I wanted to make sure I did a shout out to an employee each time I’ve called In for an order or got an order through the drive through, he had had EXCELLENT customer service. I was told his name was Deegan. (Sorry if I spelt that wrong)

The food was great, but their lobby was locked during business hours. It was drive thru only. I was hauling a large trailer which is why I selected lobby pickup. Not as fast or convenient as I would have liked since I had to wait in line.

Like everywhere they are understaffed, but they are doing the best they can. The staff is always friendly, and going out of their way to try and make up for the lack of staff. They were closed on July 2nd, and I tried to make an online order, the App (From Corporate) automatically adjusts the order for the next day instead of letting you know the restaurant is closed. So we didn't get our pizza and were still charged. The manager called me a few days later to apologize and refunded my money offering to make it up to me. He was very polite and understanding.
They are far from perfect, but this store is doing all it can to make things right.

Very busy place. This makes for freshness everytime. Traffic can become congested at times. But other than that it's a great place for pizza.

Short staffed (they said they only had 5 employees!) but the pizza and crazy bread was the freshest I've ever had from a LCs

I would give 5 stars because the staff was so friendly but had to wait 20 minutes for 2 pizzas because they were so under staffed. Corporate needs to step up and hire more staff or they are going to lose business fast! Felt bad for the workers. Way under staffed.

Got teenagers? You should download the app. You can order pizza ahead of time and pick it up from a warming oven. Super convenient and happy kids!
