Why does Subway even have a drivethrough? Sandwich ordering is not conducive to drivethrough. Why is your front door closed and only the drivethrough open? If you don't have enough staff for both, then open the front door. Dont cater to the lazy people who don't want to get out of their car to come inside and order, espescially with fuel at $6 a gallon. So tired of this nonsense!

I've never had issues here until the last 2 times I've gone. Same girls working at different times of day and I think their heads are filled with air. I had to keep repeating the same things over and over again, the one girl picked something up off the ground and then was going to continue making my sandwiches which the other employee standing there had to tell her to stop and change her gloves and then stood there. It is complete chaos now and makes me want to never go back to this location. Management needs to do something about the issues.

The best thing about this location is that it's clean. But the customer service really needs worked on cuz every time I go in no one says hi and they all act like they hate me being there (even when they're not busy). I'd be more than happy to tip them if they were friendlier. Also every time I go in they forget to give me at least one thing I ask for and they're pretty slow.
