When I first moved here I did not like this taco bell. However, the last few months there has been major improvements, food quality is great, staff is friendly, hours seem to be normal. Def 5 stars!

Well, I made a big dumb dumb error ordering on the app tonight and they didn’t even HESITATE to offer to fix it! I felt so inept and they graciously corrected the errors I made at their expense! Above and beyond in regard to helpfulness and just being decent. They’re pleasant. The food is better than other Taco Bells (and I don’t use fast food often). My father in law was happy with his picky order and I just want to say THANK YOU! He’s in a physical rehab facility and Taco Bell is the highlight of his day/night. They just…made my mistake a non issue and I’m impressed with the way they deal with people in general. Thank you again!

The assistant GM named Dana with the missing tooth is so rude!! I saw her yelling at the poor kid in drive-thru.. He had better teeth than she did!! Glad to know thats just a temporary job for him unlike her. DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS WORK HERE!!

Much faster than even 6months ago. Not sure what was going on with my cheese quesadilla. It was stuffed with cheese, and sauce that it wasn't cooked completely and they were also tomatoes in it. And I got a total of 8 chips in my nachos which seems liked less than normal. Overall way better than the other pburg/rossford location and improvement from the last visit.

They mess up every order look before you drive away. I got home was missing tacos that went with the combo meals I called and the manager called me a liar she was on the table and doesn't miss anything. Save your time go over to the one on rt20
