Subway

Placed order through the app. Got there when order should've been done. Wasnt even started due to turkey being frozen. Waited an extra 10-15 minutes after what should've been my pick up time. Only to get home and find out my sandwich isnt what I ordered. I ordered a Subway Melt and got a sandwich with pepperoni and cheese with the toppings I wanted. I didnt even get a receipt in order to do the survey. Edit to add the owner contacted me through email and refunded my money. I will definitely be going back to this subway. Great customer service!

Not sure how the national supply chain only seems to affect this Subway, but that is the least of their issues. No one greeted me or asked what I wanted for 5 mins. Ordered a Tuna fish sub, no tuna, girl working blamed the other guy there. Tried for steak, asked me if I wanted it toasted, I said yes but she only heated the steak cause she was too busy joking with the other worker. When asked what I wanted on it, found out they have no plain salt, only seasoned. Over all, horrible service and childish banter was about all they got right.

I went in after work on 02/16/18 around 4:30 pm to get a sub sandwich. Two workers, One worker, (not clocked in yet-she mentioned) put on fresh gloves and started my sandwich. Second worker finished a sub for the person in front of me then ran the cash register checking the person in front of me, then came over and started finishing my sandwich. I said, "You need new gloves". She looked at me smiled and said, "What?" I repeated, "You need new gloves, you just ran the register and money is dirty." She looked at me, smiled and said, "she used a credit card" then she finished making my sandwich. The register buttons are still possibly dirty. I did eat my sub anyways.
