Chipotle Mexican Grill

I come here almost everyday with no problems. But today I decided to order off the app. I get home to open the bowl and see they didn’t even fill half. Now I’m not usually one to complain but this is robbery right here. I was warned that I would get shorted if I order from the app but I didn’t know it was this bad.

Went in to eat at 7:30 pm.this evening and it was absolutely filthy. Not one clean table, no customers dining in and 2 customers in line. The 2 girls upfront let the guy working to everything and one said "it's not that busy , you can do it " we had a family of 5 order. I asked for a rag to wipe a table off and told the girl that there were no clean tables, she asked another girl.qho said "no", and they handed me a rag. Food was good though.

Probably one of the worst locations in the Toledo area. Many of the workers give off so much attitude I often wonder how they can fit behind the counter. Whomever is responsible for their ordering should not be employed there. They are almost always out of something, whether it is napkins, forks, cup lids, small cups, variety of food items, and most recently today: bowls. No burrito bowls..... i told the k8d to just use an upside down lid... he said "we're technically not supposed to"... which I can not even fathom how that would come up in training or conversation. The way he said it he implied there was this massive corporate meeting and the big message I took away from that was ZERO TOLERANCE for using burrito bowl lids as bases. I've never really been to this one throughout the years as I lived closer to Maumee or Holland locations; but since moving closer to this location, it has been problem after problem. I hope Qdoba follows through with their plans to open near Perrysburg. One more thing I feel should be mentioned: CLEANLINESS. Assigning a worker to actually clean tables, the drink station, and empty their always-overflowing trash containers should be top priority. I will start taking pictures and updating this review every time I risk eating there so EVERYONE can see what slobs work there

Don't get me wrong the food is completely amazing haven't had a dish yet I didn't like. But the way they do it is they go down the line of food (like subway) and let you pick your items. I was getting 2 bowls for let's say $8.95 each..... once we got to the table we looked at the bill and it was over $30 learning that they dont mention that if you want guacamole that's $2.50 extra even though you're putting it in your bowl with all the other condiments. Then they asked if you want chips and guacamole....again ASSUMING they would come with the meal because we were dining in... But you know what happens when you assume $4 Chips.. $2.50 for the extra guacamole We did order drinks so I knew that would be a little extra but expecting maybe a $20.00 meal..... and it coming out to like thirty-six bucks was a little shocking! I think the guacamole thing isn't right they should let you know that is extra and doesn't come with the whole slew of food that you can put in your bowl at no extra charge

Avoid ordering through a food delivery app at this location. Perhaps all Chipotle locations. Ordered a burrito and a bowl through Door Dash, both with double meat. They skimped on everything on both. The burrito was a little bigger than the size of my fist. Instead, go in person to make sure they don't short you. Door Dash was great though. Food was here within 15 minutes of submitting the order.

i’m usually not the type of person to post negatively about place because i get it- everyone has their bad days. but every single member there did not care about anything. they acted annoyed that i even walked in the door. then made my bowl so horribly and rolled their eyes when i asked for more rice (because they literally gave me close to none). then the customer behind me asked for plain rice and the kid with braces threw a fit and slammed the scoop and walked away. never want to step foot into this restaurant because they made me feel like the biggest inconvience.
