Taco Bell

I did a mobile order, picked up in the drive thru. The store was not busy, there was only 2 cars in front of me when I arrived. There was 2 items missing from my order, and when I called the store I was put on "hold" but then hung up on. I usually don't complain, but I would just like what I've paid for. It's not like I was being nasty, I just explained what was missing. Not very good customer service today.

Utterly ridiculous, normally let you pick up door dashes through window. However told me to come in then lady said right in front of me drive through customers are more important so have to wait. Well guess what we have a time frame to , try being consistent no one is better then anyone… then told another employee to whipe trays while she could clearly assist in catching up orders poor management

I have ordered through the mobile app and visited this location several times because they’re open really late which is nice! I also have to add that they are very friendly here. There’s a gentleman who works at the window I wish I caught his name but he has a very nice attitude all the time he’s friendly I don’t know how else to say it and he seems like he’s happy to be there and it’s a little things when people seem like they like their job even if they hate their job that makes it a pleasant experience. If there’s a mistake they are more than happy to correct it I would say to anyone who has any questions about their order just check it and if it’s not right be polite about it because at the end of the day it’s food it’s not the end of the world no one’s life is on the line and if you treat people well they will be nice to you too. I think it would be very hard to work in the customer service industry with the way people act these days and when you see a smiling face and a window after a long day of work and it’s after midnight it just makes it a pleasant experience. I’ve never had a problem here and to the comments about people maybe not getting their order exactly right I wouldn’t give them a down vote because of that I would give them a chance to correct the issue. It’s the same guy every time I’ve gone for the past three visits and I do not go here a lot but they seem like they’re happy to be there and there was another gentleman tonight working who was obviously having a good time because they were smiling and laughing and no it wasn’t obnoxious and yes they were doing their job and to whoever owns the place I hope that you let your people know that you appreciate what they do. It can’t be easy.
