Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am not coming to this location ever again. I ordered through the app. Picked up my order opened up my bowl and was wondering where my food was at. Went back into the store to ask for the bowl to be remade. Was told that is our portion size. I have been going to chipotle for over 10 years and have never seen a bowl like this before. This is ridiculous and will be reported to corporate. I spent over $12 for this?

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Went 3 days ago! Used to be my favorite one but it's slid down the hill and fast. There was just a tiny bit of chicken and my daughter wanted a chicken bowl and me a chicken burrito. The woman (named Scarlett, which was an absolute sweetheart and the only one who I wouldn't get rid of that were there that day.) She asked a lady (tall with long braids pulled up) if there was anymore chicken as she solely also had a long line to deal with and was actually handling the pressure really well. The woman just looked at her and said I don't know then looked at us and continued cleaning. So, Scarlett just put some of the chicken that was in the pan in the burrito bowl which looked like some nasty pieces and later were exactly that. I said something and she spoke up again then the tall lady with braids just quit what she was doing and walked over and got a plastic bin of chicken and came back and dumped it in all sloppy and got chicken all over the stainless steel area that they build the burritos on. She walked away and came back a second later and made a half-as* scoop with her hands to pick the pieces up and throw them in the trash which was right by all the fresh shells and left a disgusting mess that the woman had to drag my burrito foil through to continue making it. Lettuce was brown in many areas and the guacamole was nasty brown in many areas and all over the edge of the container. You could tell that it was being added and added to and not washed out. The brown rice was very undercooked and the chicken was cold. The dining room was a disgraceful mess and we just threw our food away and left. The drink station was pathetic and everything was in disarray. My God, they need new management and employees that actually want to be there. It was truly a slap in the face to corporate and even more so to the customers. By the way, the grill was covered in black carbon the whole time we were there. No one even attempted to clean it. Everyone was just sitting standing around lost getting in each other's way doing nothing. Horrible! Very dirty unprofessional dining experience!

Whoever is running this place needs to really reconsider their business practices. There is garbage everywhere. None of the tables are clean. The food is cold. And instead of cleaning up the employees are sitting in the middle of the restaurant playing with their phones. There is not a single customer in line. Disgusting. This used to be a nice Chipotle but I'll never step foot in here again. There's literally food thrown all over the checkout area and they're not even bothering to clean it up. Wow... Zero stars

I came in needing a large order made quickly. It wasn't busy when I got there, so I was optimistic about my chances. The employees didn't have a clue about how to help me complete a larger order, but the manager stepped in and worked with me to make it happen. The order had a couple of missing pieces, but that was not an unreasonable mistake given how large of an order I had to make. I appreciated the effort that the manager made and overall was pleased that I was able to get the food for my group.

We used the catering service thru the online portal. There was a lack of communication between the night shift who saw the order and the morning crew who were suppose to prepare our food. It was late, but the staff had a sense of urgency and got our order together ASAP! Because of that I will give them another shot.

All orders must be placed on your own phone. Cannot place an order in the restaurant. No items are made in the front where you see them make it fresh. No cash purchases allowed. Nothing about this place works for new customers. Must be setup for regular customers that order ahead of time only. On my visit no meats at all were available. Every protein item on the website was "temporarily unavailable". This is not a restaurant.

Inconstant. Is the best way to describe both the service there as well as the food. I have had really excellent food and service and completely horrible. I have seen the tables covered in salsa, while employee's where sitting around and talking. (Mind you they where not busy there for no reason for dirty tables.) I have seen the meat be extremely flavorful but as well chewy and tasted reheated. Over all it is dicey at best to try and get food here since it is so inconsistent.
