Would not recommend for korean bbq. We came from out of town and always love korean bbq but Hokkaido is easily the worst we have ever been to. Value wise it was great but quality wasn't great, and Holy cow was it slow! They are electric griddles and they don't get very hot. The ventilation is terrible so you're just boiling your meat and getting covered in smoke.
Overall definitely don't go here for korean bbq. Especially if you are short on time. It took 2 hours and we still didn't get it all cooked just got tired of it.

Took my wife here for dinner and she was intimidated by the lively family oriented hibachi area near the front and we considered leaving until I asked if there was something more private. The hostess brought us to an excellent little secluded wing we loved. The decor, hospitality and food were all excellent and the prices very reasonable for the experience we were treated to. My new favorite joint in Peoria.

The hibachi is phenomenal. You can substitute more vegetables instead of rice. They stay open a little later than other places, which is hard to find post-covid. Relaxed atmosphere but still good for a date night too. Crab Rangoon is also great.

They were very quick with my pick up order and the meal was superb! I had chicken, shrimp, and steak that was cooked medium. With fried rice and a salad. This was my first time eating here and since I'm living very close by; I'll be looking forward to round 2!

Was here for my baby brother's birthday with friends and family. The server she was great and fast. We had a back room area which was nice because my family and friends can be a bit loud. It was nice we could relax and really enjoy my brother's birthday.

Love Hokkaido. Good friendly fast service. Just weird that they bring items as soon as their done so they frequent the table often. I got my drink last. That was strange. But at least their quick

Fantastic little sushi and hibachi place. Never been disappointed with the food or service. This is easily my favorite sushi restaurant in the area the fish is great quality on par with west coast sushi places.

My first experience at a Hibachi restaurant was all I ever wanted! The chef was unbelievable! Super talented, really funny, AMAZING food! They were very accommodating, and have a temperature check up front. I cannot force you to go here, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!!
