I always get the Chicago 7 with the Chicago thick-style crust and it never disappoints! This pizza is flavorful, packed with toppings, and has great portions. I wouldn’t schedule anything for a few hours after eating the pizza, but it hits the deep dish pizza craving perfectly

Great thick crust pizza and great Italian Nacho's. I don't think I've tried much else since these are so good. Staff has always been nice and I haven't had to wait long to get long. Takeout I good too and the pizza reheats nicely in the oven.

Still a decent place to watch a game and have apps and drinks in the large bar area, but food is just average.
Usually very good service.
Just need to upgrade quality of dinners and then I'll rate 4 stars.

The ladies at the to go window were great but my wait time was ridiculous. I placed an order at 6:20 for 9 plain wings and a regular order of the buffalo chicken rolls. I was told the food would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived there at 6:40 they gave me the wrong order of wings. I had the buffalo chicken rolls but had to wait 30 minutes for them to make my wings. By the time I got home my buffalo rolls were cold. I’ll have to try the Old Chicago on Pioneer Parkway next time!!

Crapy experience at OLD CHICAGO PEORIA,IL- We were waiting very patiently for 20 minutes for someone to come and take our order. No one visited us for 20 minutes, no one even asked for water and drinks.
Another family walked in and after they were seated two booths away from us. Server came almost 2 minutes later and asked for drinks and also took their order.
We were so embarrassed still waiting for a server to come and ask for drinks and food .
I lodged a strong complain with the Manager Derrick. He said that two server responsible for that area were confused who needs to attend to us. The reason he gave is a shame that because they were confused no one came forward to ask or tell us that someone will be with us soon.
My family is regular visitor of this restaurant but we never had such a shameful treatment.

The service was slow. I was not checked on to see if my pizza was ok or offered a refill. After waiting over fifteen minutes I heard my server ask the hostess to check on me. When she did I asked to speak to a manager. He apologized and took money off on my pizza. The server then came and apologized. He said since he didn't see me he forgot I was here. I rated it three stars since I received an apology and money off on my bill. And my pizza tasted great.

Great pizza/food. Sign up to join beer club. Huge beer selection. Closes a little early post-covid but worth stopping by.
